From beginning to end this has been the best experience going to the dentist. The staff were super friendly and professional. Virginia and Meagan were awesome. Dr. Shah very professional and you'll be in great hands with Dr. Lucas she's THE best!

On my 1st appointment, I had a long wait in the waiting room. When they took me back I received excellent service, everyone I had contact with were very kind and explained everything very well., . The staff is wonderful, kind and helpful. Had a longer then planned wait, but had my cleaning which I didn't plan for. Dr. Lucus is very kind and informative. Hygentist is great. Will be their patient if insurance comes thru.

I haven't been here in a long time but I wont return. They were nearly an hour late with my appointment. I overheard hygienists badmouthing another patient. The hygienist was also rude to me. I got up and left. I emailed them to complain and no one ever responded.

I had a abcessed tooth and Aspen got me in right away appt.was couple hours after I called. I had to be on medication for a week to get rid of the abcess.
The following week I had tooth extracted. Feel better no more pain.
I do not like going to the dentist unless I absolutely have to, but they did a good job of making me calm and I was in and out in just over an hour each visit.

I was in excruciating pain and need a tooth extraction, because a root canal was out of my budget.
I called and was quoted a price, ( which I needed to know, with no insurance, so I was able to cover the cost) that was in my budget so I made an appointment.
After I got there I was told a completely different AMOUNT!!
Will NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Everyone at Aspen Dental on Miller Rd in Flint was so nice and knowledgeable. I took my 92 year old Dad there for some extensive dental work and they treated him with so much love and respect. I recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that needs dental work!!!

Terrible experience here. My first visit they made me wait 45 minutes before calling me in. The second visit I waited 30 minutes and was only called back after complaining. Once I was called back they gave me my dental injection to numb the area and I again waited. After 45 minutes of waiting and no communication from the staff, I LEFT! This location over schedules and you'll be left waiting forever. Plus, they make you pay your co-pay in advance so I just lost out on $110. I'm switching to a new dentist. Save yourself the time and DON'T go here!

Nice atmosphere, friendly, and reasonable. Amanda McGraw cleaned my teeth well and made me feel comfortable in the chair. I would recommend going to Aspen Dental.
