I absolutely love this dental office. Very quick and kind staff. The dentist is amazing. I was once scared of the dentist because of a few bad experiences. He has definitely changed that for me. He did two different root canals both went smoothly. You won’t go wrong choosing this dentist. 😁 🦷 🪥

For starters, the receptionist was very helpful and got me in within the hour (new patient). After a traumatic experience at another dentist just an hour before, everyone was very helpful and kind. I saw Zablocki and Karen, they did great with keeping me comfortable and I am beyond thankful that I chose to goto this Dentist. Highly recommend and as long as I’m in the area, this is where I will go.

Called again about double billing. I paid in full now insurance has paid in full. Told a refund is coming and it didn’t come. Called back and could not speak to manager. Asked for a return call- again. She did not return my call. Tried finding a number to the “corporate office” since that is where the refund comes from and they refuse to give that information. I’m still out $460 and I get nothing but the run around…

I had multiple tooth cavities I needed filled over a drawn out plan, I had exposed roots on many of the fillings they did, causing nerve pain, my dentist was Dr. Hectman & I had a different dentist at this location take a look & only after the third time I went there did they say it was exposed roots and put some bond on them, the first few times they just put numbing agent and sent me out... I can tell he missed some parts with bond as I still have pain, but just less sensetivity now and I can feel a lip on where the filling meets one of my my teeth that hurts with temperature, but he shrugged it off and told me I had to use an expensive toothpaste for the rest of my life.
I had an appointment with Dr. Hectmen right near the end of the year, I had to wait 2 full weeks for that appointment and he canceled on me, causing me to go on vacation with tooth nerve pain and causing my insurance to relapse and me having to pay $400 out of pocket for an appointment in January to get it fixed because of that. This place gets you in and rushes you out, overall I don't recommend. I'd go to a different dental office if I could redo it.

Doc was great. Lady up front was great. Even x-ray chick was great. Cost was just fine. Facility was clean and neat as a lin. Well run operation. I'll be glad when this antibiotic kicks in. Still in much pain but I remain confident.

They have billed my insurance twice for the same service. Then when my insurance wouldn't pay, they want me to cover it. Great dentist and hygienists. Very gentle and kind. If their billing would get under control, I'd go back.
