Smile Fresh Dental: Grand Blanc

I will never take my kids anywhere but smile fresh in grand blanc! The staff has always went above and beyond for us and are always patient, kind and understanding! We have a large family and recently have had some financial and health struggles and not only have they done anything and everything they could to try and help but they kept telling us how great of parents we are! The owner himself I could never even express how much he cares about all the staff and patients! He was able to help take a HUGE stress of money off of our minds AND made us feel that our children and family was more important than money ever could be! We have been there a handful of times so it’s not like we had even been there for years as loyal patients or that he had ever even met us! Nothing is harder than breaking down in tears in an office full of people and your children trying to figure out how your going to pay for a procedure insurance does not cover that your child or children need as soon as possible! I have never in my life experienced better customer service! Every single time we have been there it’s been the same great caring place with every single staff member! My oldest daughter is almost 9 and has severe anxiety and they were the most patient staff ever with her and us! They have on a few different occasions even skipped their personal lunches for the day or came in and stayed for hours on a day they are not even open just so that she was able to feel more relaxed and not rushed! Hands down best place ever! Natalie is an absolutely incredible staff member who takes the time to explain everything to you, answer a zillion questions with no hesitations or annoyances, will help you hold your kiddos hands when needed, comments how beautiful or kind each child is to boost them up and even if you as the parent are having a tough moment she will help by being supportive and talk you through anything you might need! This office truly deserves a huge amount of recognition and kindness or a big bonus and appreciation!

The only Dentist that I found that was willing to work with me and treated me with decency and respect. They understood my situation and didn't treat me like I was less than. They actually care about you as a patient and a person. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very good people kind, caring and compassionate.

Incredibly friendly and kind here! I've always had sensitive gums and they took their time to make sure I was comfortable the whole cleaning. They will also take the time to explain a bill and charges to you if needed which is super helpful! :)

Called with a dental emergency... professional and polite staff member helped access situation, with appointment THE SAME DAY! Each Staff member I encountered was very patient and informed. All my options were explained completely, with possible costs given! Thank you. I was told you are an exceptional Dental Service, now I believe it!

Staff is friendly always greeted with a smile and by name. Had to have my oral surgery and they were very accommodating and worked with me paying out of pocket. Overall my experience has been amazing. Definitely glad I found them!!!!

I personally go by reviews and this is how I found this dental service. They were eager to please and work diligently to get my problems fixed and to make it affordable. Also, I saw a lot of children went there so my thoughts is they had to be gentle to keep children as happy customers and true there was little to no pain in dental care.

Dr Ismail is amazing and so is everyone in the office. You really need to come here. My daughter needed some teeth fixed and she was really scared and they helped her through it and she did amazing and it's thanks to the dentist and everyone there. You will not find a better place to go especially for children that might be a little scared.

They get you right in at your appointment time. My daughter is very comfortable there and they do a great job making sure she’s comfortable before starting. She loves that she gets a prize afterwards! Great place to take your kids

I was really nervous going to a new dentist. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. The dr was nice and very gentle on my teeth. I highly recommend this place. As a new patient and got in within two days of calling and making my appointment.

As someone who works in the medical field, please do not go here for your dentistry needs. The staff are not patient care orientated. For myself, I was in pain the entire time, felt very uncomfortable and the dentist was late getting to the facility for my appointment. During the appointment I felt as though the dentist only cared about the financials of the facility. It felt as though patients were being rushed in and out and not cared about quality of care or comfort.

A family member of mine had an appointment for two fillings. When arrived to the facility the staff did not give any pain injection even though he verbally and physically expressed pain. The one staff member stated there was only one filling, then another staff member came in and stated that there was two. The staff member then yelled at the other staff member because they were using the wrong light on the filling. The patient was in pain, uncomfortable and did not feel safe.

When looking for a dentist for yourself and loved ones, I would highly suggestion doing research and finding a good quality and caring dental team.
