Dr. Susan Maples, DDS

I have been a patient since 2012. I usually see Dr. Susan, however I needed to be seen and they got me in with there new doctor Tracy! Quickly at that I might add. My experience was wonderful! Just as fabulous as Dr. Susan! This pratice is one of a kind and hard to find in today's world. The ladies are genuinely nice, always caring and so good at there job! I will also add they offer miltiple other services besides dental work! Highly recommended!

I love this office and Dr.Maples. They have always made me feel like I am their number one patient, though I hear this from others also.I had some major issues from a prior dentist and a friend referred me. I was scared and was experiencing a lot of pain and work ahead of me. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, comfortable and to trust again. Words can not describe the professionalism I receive to the care from this office. I truly feel like family. And I no longer grip the chair at my appointments here. I look forward to my visits and the amazing care I always receive.

As a new patient, I appreciated experiencing the "new patient" intake process, which was a 2 hour visit. So worth it!
The first hour Dr Maples, and Jean her assistant, and I met in a nice office to discuss my health and dental history, as well as my dental issues and what my dental goals were. I appreciated the time spent to get to know me as a person. I felt that helped form a relationship between us.
The next step in my appointment.was in the treatment room where Jean took
x-rays and photos of my mouth.
Then Dr. Maples performed the best thorough oral exam I've ever ever had. She actually sat in a chair next to me as she clearly explained and identified the issues. She used visuals to teach me about issues with my teeth and gums. She showed me the photos of the inside of my mouth and pointed out where I need to brush and floss better. Dr. Maples actually took the time to show me how to correctly brush and floss.
In addition to her professional skills she has a wonderful, patient, chairside manner, while still focusing on every detail.
I left feeling very satisfied and comfortable with the dental improvement plan and with Dr Maples as my dentist.
I want to mention that the front desk staff and billing office staff are very pleasant and helpful too.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Maples for our two-month-old son’s frenectomy. After struggling with nursing issues, we went in for an evaluation and we were able to get his tongue tie and lip tie revised on the same day. All of her staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable. Dr. Maples and her team carefully listened to our concerns, and they explained the procedure in detail. They also provided us with detailed instructions for stretches during the healing process. We trusted that we were in good hands with Dr. Maples, and we highly recommend her to everyone!

Dr Susan is amazing! Clearly loves her patients. Had a slight emergency and her wonderful staff were able to squeeze me in. An office that works together, creates a calm, professional, yet family feeling environment.
Have kids? The “Learning Lab”, is a GREAT educational tool, informing and instructing great dental habits!

I've been going to this dentist for all of my dental care since I was a little boy. I'd argue that this is the friendliest staff you'd ever get to work with.
Dr. Susan is brilliant in her work and she is wonderful to speak with. The whole staff is very accommodating and they do anything they can to make your visit comfortable and an experience to look forward to.

I am someone who has had a severe phobia of dentists for most of my life. I have neglected my dental health for years and I have extensive work ahead of me as a result. I started seeing Dr. Susan Maples about a year and a half ago. I can say from first-hand experience that everyone at Total Health Dentistry care about the overall health and especially the comfort of their patients. They are all so very gentle and reassuring during the entirety of whatever procedure is being performed, whether it be a basic cleaning, filling, or even an extraction. They are 100% invested in the well-being of their patients.
