First time visiting, so far one of the best dentists I’ve been to yet

My daughter was first seeing Dr. Boyd. She was kind and understanding the 1st appointment but then everything changed when I didn't go back with my kid. She was rude and harped on my child, as if she didn't already feel bad for what she was in for. She ended up being embarrassed and not even wanting to come back. She was really rough with everything and my kid had sores from some of the placers in her mouth. Finally she was able to see another dentist, sadly I don't remember her name (memory issues) but that's who she has now been continuing to see. She loves her. She's kind to my daughter and her nurse(?) Was sweet as well. I saw Dr. Berg and he's no nonsense get it done. He has no opinion and just told me what I need done. I really like that kind of care since I'm not a social person lol.

From CALI to Minnesota,
Went in for on and off tooth pain!
The moment I walked in to the office which was an open waiting room a plus when there is still a COVID to worry about, front desk was quick and pleasant to talk to, one of the Dental Assistants called my name to got to the back, got a great vibe and was friendly, sat on the chair for literally minutes and the dentist looked at the problem she gave me different options and glad she was supporting my decision and was confident to go for it.

Pulling the tooth:
Walked in I was nerves for obvious reasons, I was called back and sat on the chair again for like a few minutes and I asked the assistant is i can use my Air pods when the pull the tooth and she said yes, then the dentist herself let me know when she was starting and should put them on, the whole procedure lasted like a song and a half, AMAZING, no pain and also the healing processes was quick, its been 3 weeks know and I can eat normal after 2 years of pain.
Whole experience was 10 starts for me!

They were HORRIBLE with my children. The doctors LITERALLY tossed down their equipment and told my children they were bad kids because they flinched when the needle hit their gum. The nurses all sit around and gossip and run back and forth from the break room during the visit. TWO doctors in one day spent 3 minutes with my kids and gave up. On top of that, two other patients left the facility after having horrible experiences as well. Do not recommend. Don’t go to this dentistry. They only care about money. Not their patients. Zero stars. This place should be shut down.

They did an awesome job! Easy to work with and their texting updates and online forms are super easy to navigate. Staff is phenomenal and knowledgeable!

DON'T GO TO THEM They are completely shady. I had services in 2020, they ran my insurance and I paid the difference before I left their office, then months later I receive a call that I have an outstanding balance, ask for an itemized bill to submit to my FSA, they give me a bill that has been crossed off and edited in pen, FSA denied it. Explained that I needed a bill that wasn't edited, which I never received. In 2021 my adult daughter goes to them for assistance, they have several appointments with her, find out she needs extensive work done due to a broken tooth and now they are denying to help her because of I have an outstanding balance. Called and spoke Anne in the Alexandria office, explained I tried paying my bill and the issues with it, and if the bill was an issue than my daughter should of never been seen and started with a different dentist from the beginning. Anne was very rude and just kept saying over and over again that I should pay my bills. Just disgusting how the treat people. My daughter is suffering and in pain and they are refusing her service!!

I went in for an appointment I drove over 50 miles to go see if I could get a referral to get an extraction on a wisdom tooth. At the end of my appointment I had called one of the referrals and was disappointed with the outcome because I had been in so much pain and the hygienist that was working on me misunderstand what I was explaining to her. From there on she was very impatient with me and refused to let me explain myself. Never coming back here again. Look at your options before having to come here and be treated this way.
