Son and daughter-in-law went there 3 times just to find out they wouldn't do anything without getting paid over a thousand dollars to fix an absess tooth because their insurance doesn't cover the cost. But they could maybe fix it 3 weeks from now. Or just pull the tooth.

Have two completely broken teeth, face swollen so much my eye was swelled shut Saturday and most of sunday. Have been suffering and not eating, vomiting from the amount of pain that im in. Take more than the max dose of ibuprofen, tylenol, aspirin, benadryl and penicillin all weekend hoping that maybe monday id finally get some relief. Maybe just maybe get to eat something without puking from the pain of moving my mouth. But i guess thats just a hope and a dream.

Worst place ever. They canceled my appointments for my kids and did not even reach out. I had to call to ask for one appointment to reschedule and then was told that they can no longer see my kids. Worst place ever.

My fiancee went in with tooth pain wanting a tooth pulled (rear molar that she has fought with for ages). The checked her blood pressure, then they took an xray, then they did an exam. After all that, then they
said the couldn't do anything because her blood pressure was too high. I didnt realize any of this until I recieved a bill. So I called and discussed this with them (and they completely violated HIPAA by discussing specifics with me about both the care and billing,which at that moment, served a purpose) and went circles with some gal who was both confrontational and rude. Got no where. A month later we get a letter telling her she more or less isn't welcome there because I had a problem with the billing. Disgusting buisness practices, and even worse buisness ethics. Currently discussing legal options for the HIPAA violation.
