Horrible place the lady at the desk thinks she knows everything about dentistry. She did not understand what I was telling her so she kept saying the same thing and got upset that I did not understand her logic.
Would love to talk to a manager about the horrible lady at the desk.

I went to Gentle Dentistry on August 15, 2019. This is the WORST Dentist I have ever been to. I went into this office to have a broken tooth repaired and it was by Doctor Spoden who worked on me. He was so rough! Besides being rough Dr. Spoden's assistant was spraying so much water into my mouth and I told Dr. Spoden I couldn't breathe and that I was chocking on the water and he just kept saying, " breathe thru your nose and relax your tongue", over and over. While he was working on me a wheel came off his chair that he was sitting on. When Dr. Spoden left the room he had his assistant fit and put the Temporary Crown on , she dropped it down my throat and I choked it up before it went all the way down. When finished, I left that Office crying to my car. This whole experience at Gentle Dentistry was terrible! I called after the weekend and talked directly to Dr. Spoden to tell him to send my records, x-rays etc. to the dentist which I had just seen and I told that dentist what had happened to me. Dr. Spoden at that time said he was sorry and would refund the amount back to my credit card. It is over a month now and no credit. I have been in touch with my Credit Card Company and they said it shouldn't take weeks to get a credit. I have called Gentle Dentistry asking why I have not seen the credit on my statement yet. The gal there told me it takes weeks to refund a credit. Dr. Spoden told me himself I would get a refund back to my card. As of now, no credit yet. I will never go back!

Used this dentistry because they are the only in network dentist for my insurance. Had a couple crowns and two extractions as well as regular procedures overall just ok never had same dentist and rarely same hygienist. Had problems with both extractions. First one had dry socket which can happen to anyone not really the dentists fault, but I called with a quick question about treating it and the receptionist wouldn't put me through or have them call me back. Had me come in and wait for when they could squeeze me in. Fortunately the hygienist saw me and asked what I was doing there and answered my question in 10 seconds. On the second extraction it wasn't healing fast and on Friday evening I felt a sharp object sticking out. Planning to go in Mon. to have it looked at I kept wiggling it with my tongue and Sunday a large chunk of leftover tooth came out. Finally it healed but over the last few months I have had intermittent issues with that side of my mouth. I'm finally going to go to a dentist, but it won't be here.

The assistant was great and very nice, but the dentist himself was short with me and didnt Communicate really at all. I went in thinking I had a wisdom tooth infection (I was wrong I guess). The dude looked for two seconds, told me he was gunna refer me to an oral surgeon and to take ibuprofen and left. Didnt tell me what to do besides that and that my insurance may or may not cover it, didnt tell me what it was and what may have caused it. I had to wait till I got home with my referral sheet (that was meant more for the surgeon than me) and Google what the sheet said I had cuz I'd never heard of it. Wouldn't have taken long to tell me what was causing me pain and fever. Thanks bro, I cant read your mind.
Ive been here once or twice before and it was fine with just normal check up and fillings with Dr. Cheney . But this time with Berg when its something seriously causing me horrible pain, migraine, and fever not related to a cavity at all, they dont communicate at all and leave me confused...
I would leave 1 star if the assistant hadnt been as nice as she was.
Update: the infection is so bad that I had to go to the clinic with a 102 fever to be prescribed heavy antibiotics for the infection. And the next day im having to go to the ER with a 103 fever because its spreading so fast. Thanks, when I asked if I should take things into my own hands you guys were no help at all and told me to wait for my insurance and now I'm literally having to get emergency treatment. One star rate earned, good for you. When I explained it was getting worse I MEANT IT. Never again.

I absolutely love my hygienist here! She makes me feel so welcomed and comforts me...even though I'm 27... I can't stand the dentist so having the support and feeling good when I leave there is awesome!

They were very rude hung up on me several times. I proceeded to have the same conversation with them 6 times in spand of 2 days because of there neglajent service When I did proceed to go in they try and get you out as soon as they get you in and are only concerned with there profit motive. Also I drive our to there facility to come to find out they changed my appointment withought letting me.
