Claimed that was told about the price of the nitrous and that it was due that day after appointment but was not and then when I called to make a payment they said they would work with me but then one of the ladies called me back stating that told me about it before I went back for my appointment and told me that my next appointment is cancelled until I pay the account off (which I have no problem doing). Then proceeds to text me after the phone call being rude and unprofessional.... because of that I will never go there again!!

Dr. Berg is amazing along with his assistant Alex :-) they're both very nice! I highly highly recommend dr. Berg.. I see other bad reviews regarding (dr.berg) other dentists and I can't speak for them the only one I went to is dr. Berg... But I've been there enough and had enough experience with them that I can say I will never go anywhere else... I'll go to dr. Berg until he retires! I had a broken molar on my lower right side.. he did a root canal on that tooth (I ended up just wanting to pull it 😬) and it also had four cavities that he filled... So between a root canal ,fillings and an extraction.. I can say from that experience that I highly recommend them they were great and very patient with me.. as I had a fear of needles..again I can't speak for the other dentists in that office I'm sure they're great to.. but as far as dr. Berg and his assistant...I give them a HUGE thumbs up 👍 and 5️⃣⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐... If I could give them or I would ☺️ and dr. Berg if you see this thank you!!

Previously had a good experience. Today attempted to make an appointment for an examine and cleaning. Explained that I had loose teeth I needed looked at. The soonest I could be seen is late December or January. By then, I'm quite sure I won't have as many teeth to examine.

Was In in last Thursday and son needed Couple of fillings done. Made appointment for following Thursday. He is 17 and would not do the work because no parent with. So he missed 2 hrs of school for nothing. Even when we talked to the office on phone. Still wouldn't do fillings....Don't recommend this place for making child miss more school. Also very difficult to work with.
