The staff here are so kind and helpful. They are very helpful to those that don’t have dental insurance. They offer multiple payment plans, have a care plan through the office itself which gives huge discounts, and make this a great experience without the financial stress that comes with dental work. 100% recommend.

BE AWARE - this used to be a decent place. Something changed in the past year or so, perhaps the owner changed or is under new management or something. Went in for a regular cleaning. Didn’t do x-ray due to pregnancy. They brushed my teeth with one of those electric things, but no scraping of buildups like they normally would (you’ll find out why they skipped this) and the doc came in to do the gum checkup. (This was never done by the doctor before) No mention of my pregnancy which may be causing looser gum tissues, and proceeded to tell me I need gum scaling and root planing, and that I have a potential bone loss by looking at a 8+ months old x-ray which my previous dentist looked and raised no issues of. Why did they skip the scraping? Because they planned on pushing the deep cleaning which costs more even before checking my gums. Never went back for deep cleaning and went to Imagine Smile. They told me my gum is fine and absolutely no reasons to do gum scaling / root planing and that my oral health was rather pretty good. Definitely a money grabbing dishonest people running this business now, they have plans to do things unnecessarily for profit even before they check you. They even sent a 3 year old x-ray to Imagine Smiles lol My husband had the very similar experience where they skipped cleaning and proceeded to push on root canal on a cavity. Imagine Smile said filling would do on the same cavity. I hope this review can save at least one person from going into unnecessary procedures… it’s too bad because the oral surgeon that comes there was really amazing!

Extremely poor business practices. I have been a patient here for 2 years and at my last visit they failed to notify me that they changed how they work with my insurance. 1 week after sending me a bill for a regular cleaning that I thought was paid by insurance (just as it has been for every other visit) I get a collections notice. Not one phone call, no final notice, not even 30 days to pay after receiving the bill. Just right off to a collection agency. Merry Christmas

Dentist Anne C and Aspen are absolutely awesome! I struggle with alot of dental anxiety and during my whole experience there, their main goal was making sure I was comfortable. The level of care i received was truly amazing and I couldn’t have asked for things to go any smoother. If you’re ever feeling quite nervous about another visit or switching dentist, I highly recommend giving them a shot!

First time here and this place is awesome because they were able to accommodate with my busy schedule. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Anne Charlie and she was great!

I have been scheduled an appointment several times and when I show up for the appointment, they said I did not have an appointment set. Then they sent me an email stating that I have an appointment that I never did schedule. The dentist are good there, but when it comes to receptionist, they need better in adequate training.

The front desk immediately greeted me. I was able to do an echeck in with my phone. I like that this office uses mychart just like my healthcare provider. I was thoroughly walked through all steps and actions with expecation of what it means for my care and long term plan. The staff is kind and have a genuine care and a wonderful "matter of fact" approach that focuses on health and science. This was my first visit and I have never felt so empowered in my own dental care. I had questions about my coverage and the options being presented and their operations manager was able to go ove cost and coverage options. This eased so much stress. Too often I had gone to other dentists and after their recommended treatments receievd a bill in the mail that was double what I expected. I'm very pleased with Blaine Dentistry.

Awesome experience! Staff was very pleasant and they were willing to see me on short notice. This was also the first dental office that gave me sunglasses when the exam light was on so that it was easier on my eyes. Would highly recommend Blaine Dentistry!

Dr. Unger is thee best dentist I’ve ever had. He reminds me of Thor but as a dentist. Thank u so much for making my experience soothing and comfortable. I and ur staff are quite the team. Cyrina was so helpful, very spunky and such a sweetheart. Thank u guys so much and see u back in a month!
