The nurse came to treat me was continuously coughing and sneezing. People feel concerned while we are still dealing with the pandemic. My kid is not even allowed to enter school while they have these symptoms but I don’t know how this clinic is letting the nurse to treat patients. You should know how the dental visits happen - patients don’t wear mask and only the nurse who comes as close as they can to your face. Imagine my situation?

Incompetent staff. Scheduled an appointment only to have it rescheduled. Not a big deal. When I took off two hours of work to show up to the rescheduled appointment I was told I wasn’t on the schedule. Had voicemails and prior email but didn’t matter. I was told mistakes happen and to reschedule months out. No thanks.

The staff are generally friendly and it's a professional environmental for the most part, however being told one thing, and then going and doing the exact opposite thing to a customer is not going to make someone want to come back for your services..

I love Blaine Dentistry! The are thorough and very nice to me. I like that they give me the cost up front. I especially like the dental hygienist, Rachel. She is good at what she does and a lot of fun! I highly recommend this place!!
