I do not have dental insurance, and they got me in for a dental emergency. I've never been there, but they were very accommodating to my anxiety with regard to dental problems and personal experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and my problem was handled with care and resolved. I am so happy to recommend them! My Dentist was Dr. Anne Charlie, and she was great!

Everyone was nice but it took me 2 hours from start to finish...It was a normal check up. X-rays and teeth cleaning. I arrived on time but I was not called back till about 20 minutes past my appointment time. I went right to X-rays and after sat in the room for about half an hour before anyone came. They checked my teeth and then waited some more to get my teeth cleaned. I later looked up the average time it takes to get a normal cleaning and according to google it was 30-45 minutes. On top of it because I was already there for so long it felt rushed.

It was my daughter’s (9 yrs old) fist experience here, went well. Four star not five because when I came in here in spring they made me wear a mask but not the man who was standing next to me. And no I wasn’t I’ll or anything. It was their policy “mask required”. I put it on, he didn’t and no one said nothing to him. Felt discriminated. Otherwise clean, modern place to care for your teeth

RUN AWAY!! Not accommodating to people with autism. Won’t tell you your appt is an exam. Grifters looking to steal your money and not use your insurance.
Doesn’t accept major insurance carriers.
Won’t tell you you only have an exam even though your other dentist just sent in the X-rays and they have them.
Will charge you 100 plus dollars for their ‘exam’. These people are idiotic and terrible. Horrible front desk staff. Bad place for children.

Reviews are not accurate as 5 stars is incentives by front desk with $ off procedure and gift cards. They recommend stuff you do not need and will do anything to get a crown in your mouth. Our whole family was recommended a specific treatment at different appointments through the year and when we went to another dentist NONE of us have even had mention of it. They do anything to bill your insurance and get you to sign it up for their little credit card plan. Don't go here unless you like to get scammed and have stuff done you don't need.
