One of the front desk staffs was very accommodating with everything. She helped and made sure that I got in for an earlier appointment in which I was very grateful for. My hygienist was Jean and she was just wonderful, pleasant, and kind. She told me everything she was doing and informed me about what concerns there were and how to solve those concerns. I can definitely tell that they all value their patients!

Everyone here is great. I was greeted very warmly and was given a breakfast treat when I left since it was early in the morning. Everyone seemed genuinely warm. The hygienist (Nhia) was fantastic. She was nice, knowledgeable and thorough in her work. She took her time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Lam is a kind and gentle dentist. I could tell that his staff members enjoy working for him. He was informal yet professional. The root canal procedure went very smoothly. Like others who have said this, I think I have found my 'home' in this dental office.

Maple Brook Dental is the best dentist I have ever been too! Dr. Lam was very gentle, caring and passionate towards me! Man I truly love this place. Everyone at the front desk is very kind and they greet you with a smile 😃. I am a very visual person and Dr. Lam took his time to show me my x-rays, how far he would drill, showed me where my nerve was and explained the implant procedure thoroughly and what to expect! I was having some anxiety a week b4 the procedure and Dr. Lam called me at home and reassured me everything would be okay. I trust Dr. Lam and I know I'm in good hands with him‼️

Dr Lam was great. The front desk was terrible on multiple occasions. On my last appointment they called and left a message less than 36 hours before my appointment and never said a confirmation call back was a requirement. Due to forced overtime working 12-hour days being unable to call during work and forgetting to call back once I got home and fell into bed, I arrived to find they had canceled my appointment.
Previously the front desk failed alert me that my rescheduled appointment was 7 to 10 days past the expiration of their prepaid discount plan. They were happy to renew and take my money 6 months in advance of my third appointment (bi-yearly) but they were unwilling to give me the discount when I pushed my 4th appointment back about a week unknowingly past the expiration. No insurance, zero discount, full price. 👎

Great service every time I make a visit! The lady that greets me, (I can't remember her name right now) always remembers to ask about my family and how they are doing. I appreciate Dr. Lam, and his expertise, however the lady that I am referring to is one of the biggest reason that I love walking into those doors. She makes me feel welcomed and always keeps a smile on my face! Maple Brook Dental is a very invited place to be. Thank you!

Very friendly staff ! The office is beautiful! Dr Lam is very down to earth easy to talk to excellent bedside manner I do not go to the dentist as regular as I should because I have had bad experiences but Dr Lam made me feel comfortable he is very kind and I will go back!!!

I have been a patient for years. I had the most wonderful recent experience at Maplebrook Dental. I had an implant. It went so well. Dr Lam kept me up to date on each procedure along the way. The staff are all friendly and treat you as if you are their only patient. Always letting me know the amount due and worked well with my insurance company. Shout out to my hygienist Jean too! I even started bringing my mom here she can’t say enough good things about everyone!

Dr. Lam and the team is AMAZING, from the time I walk into the door, to every or any service I need, super professional and also knowledgeable and even gives me personal motivation that’s brings positive vibes at all times. Each and everyone has been helpful and with a smile at the end of service. I never arrive nor leave with a smile on my face! I would recommend this place to everyone. My kids have been with their dentist since forever but I’m 90% leaning towards moving them here due to the service and just the amazing staff here at Maple Brook.
