Went in to the dentist for the first time in a long time! All I have to say is wow to the the service you get here! Amazing front desk and an amazing staff to help make this go by easier! Dr. Lam is such a nice man! I cant wait to get my tooth fix and will make this my only dental office I go to.

From the moment I walked in (new patient), everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I am recovering from a broken ankle, and they were super accomodating in making sure I was able to sit down while I filled out forms. The decor was beautiful, and the waiting room was very spacious and clean. The dental hygienist I had was very nice and listened to concerns I had about my teeth. She was also interested in getting to know me and my family. She was very thorough with all aspects of my cleaning. There were fish on a screen in front of me which greatly took away any anxiety I had (the dentist normally isn't my favorite place). The dentist was very nice and explained things in detail for me. That alone is always a positive for me. He was very personable, and also explained different options for my teeth which was very helpful. Everyone at the front desk was amazing at helping me schedule next appointments for the family for cleanings and for upcoming treatment. They went WAY above and beyond to help me in more ways than I can say. I am very thankful I chose this dentist office for my kids and I. There is no doubt that I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist office. I appreciate the professionalism and great service. Thanks again:))

Atmosphere is relaxing. Tea, coffee and water available in waiting area. Receptionists are courteous. Dr Lam and Jean my dental hygienist explains what procedures and gives feedback on what has or has not changed from last visit. I never rushed during my visit s. Services at Maple Brook have provided my dental care for over 15 years. Excellent and professional.

Love this place. My kids and I have been seen by Dr. Lam for extractions, and just general checkups in the past few months and I'm so glad we've found this place! Julie the dental hygienist is so awesome, and Dr. Lam is so professional and understanding (especially around me who hates dentist and freaks out over anything when on the chair). Best dentist in the area, no nonsense approach to your treatment, and amazing costumer care.
