Maple Brook Dental of MN

I went to Maple Brook Dental as a new patient for a regular check up and to review some concerns. I decided on this practice based on the reviews and to be honest the reviews have been accurate in the fact that this is the best dental practice I've been to in years. Staff are friendly and will help to try to accommodate your schedule. The hygenists are very knowledgable and are very detailed. Dr. Lam is very easy to talk to and willing to explain what you dont understand. I also got some cavities taken care of and Dr. Lam did a great job minimizing pain and making sure my bite had no issues.

The team is awesome. Love the front office lady who was really nice and the lady who did my insurance paper work. I love how I got free treats Before leaving making it feel like part of the family. Dr. lam is super cool and chill and explains everything thoroughly and clearly. I got two root canals done. However, I got a call that an appointment open up at 10am and if I want it I can take it. I took it and got at the office at 9:50. I waited until 10:45 to get called in and then another 15 minutes or so before starting procedure. And also after the root canals the front right tooth that Dr. Lam did root canal on still hurts like before I went in. Idk what’s wrong? I’m hoping maybe it’s just sore? But it feels the same. So maybe that’s normal but idk I guess I’ll give it a few days to see if the pain subsides. But overall Dr. Lam did an awesome job numbing my jaw, I barely felt anything when he put the needle in my gum.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist. The office is very clean - it’s apparent safety is of paramount importance. The staff are wonderful! Amy and Lhana are welcoming and helpful. Nhia was thorough in performing the dental exam and cleaning. She’s also friendly and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Lam is patient and didn’t pressure me to pursue unnecessary dental procedures like other dentists I’ve seen. I’ve already encouraged my friends and my husband to give Maple Brook Dental a try!

This is a really good place to go.

When I first called Lana treated me with so much respect, and she was so caring about getting my husband in the very next day for the Dr. to take care of the pain in his mouth.

I also decided to go in, and Dr. Lam, he is the best dentists office I have ever been to, that has numbed up my mouth and I did not feel anything, not even the pinch from the shot to numb up my mouth, and he took very good care of me after all of my fills were put in, he also installed an implant on one missing tooth.

If you have been scared because of the pain you felt when you went to other dental office, or just heard bad things about dental care.

Well look no further because at this place all of those bad things will be washed away away from your memory.

Dr. will treat you as he treat himself, like you are family, and if you are feeling any pain, they will get you in to see you right away, there is no waiting weeks out. And at this place, if you have an appointment, they get you in when it is your turn, you will not be waiting forever to go back, they do not over book the Dr., and that is so he can show care, and respect to the person he is working on.

Was out of town and had a broken tooth. They got me in quickly and reviewed my situation. Appreciated their feedback and help in taking care of me so quickly. THANK YOU!!!

I had a really nice experience. The clinic was very clean and nice. My hygienist was very personable and was a great at carrying the conversation without asking me questions while my mouth was wide open. Dr. Lam was friendly and prompt. Only concern was my appointment was at 10 and the front doors were still locked at that time, which they had unlocked at 10:01.

Update: I had a follow up appointment for fillings and was nervous about the shot. Dr. Lam put me at complete ease and had me laughing the whole time. I’d told him The numbing shots had been quite painful for me into the past, but one dentist had made it tolerable. Dr. Lam did just as good, if not better, than that previous dentist at administering a painless shot. Very impressed.

My husband and I switched to this dentist due to my daughter's recommendation. The hygienist was gentle with my cleaning and when I was told I needed a root canal, Dr. Lam took care to make the process as easy as possible and gave me more novacaine when I had breakthrough pain during the procedure. I highly recommend him.
