Great dentist! Best experience I’ve had with any dentist. Hygienist was ready friends and did a great job. My wife also had some major dental work here as well and she had the same experience. Highly recommend!

Visited the practice in December and the new staff that have taken over the practice were very helpful and welcoming. They are always on schedule and were even able to accommodate some composite fillings during my cleaning appointment which I appreciated. This clinic is also able to perform same day in office crowns in the past. As a working mom, not having to make multiple appointments is a convenience I highly value.

I was beyond nervous for my appointment since I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years but Cheryl and Dr. Henrickson were wonderful. I was so convinced I needed a tooth extracted due to severe decay but to my surprise, Dr. Henrickson was able to save my tooth with a root canal/crown the same day I came in for my initial exam. They do an excellent and thorough job addressing problem areas, explaining/advising and they do not pressure you to do more work than you are physically or financially ready for. Cheryl really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and reassure me since she knew I was feeling anxious. Will be coming back, next time a little more at ease, and will likely be making appointments for my husband and daughter as well! :)

I usually never write reviews. I feel the need to write one and share my experience today. I have deep anxiety going to dentists and Hadn’t been In Over 10 years. I went to a dentist near me, for the first time last year and recently found out they are NOT in network for me. I had to find a new dentist in network, as I need a lot of work done on my teeth. I found TC and am very thankful I did. I went to TC/ DR Mark , as I needed a tooth extracted due to breakage, massive swelling, and extreme pain. Everyone at TC was very compassionate and very respectful of my anxiety issues. DR Mark took great care dealing with me and explained everything in a way I could
understand; in relation to the continued work and long term plan to take care of all my teeth issues. We all know that dental insurance is not always the best. I felt no pressure from the team, to get all the work done right away.....knowing there would be a lot of out of pocket costs. They worked out a plan for me, that would maximize my dental insurance plan.
The care and compassion .....is what stands out to me. The xtra care I felt I was being given ...In relation to the anxiety along with the fear of having a tooth pulled. Cheryl was an angel and let me squeeze her hand. This was my first time going to DR Mark and his practice. I felt like I had known them for years. I would recommend DR mark and his team for anyone needing a dentist from basic cleanings to major work, like I’ll need done. Having trust in a provider isn’t always easy. I trust DR mark and his team completely and that’s after only one visit.
I thank DR mark and his whole team for making me feel comfortable and safe under their care.

I had an appointment with Modern Dentistry today to get a second opinion on a dental procedure that was to be performed by another dentist. Everyone was exceptionally exceptionally cordial and helpful. Dr Ballanger very clearly explained the proposed procedure and the reasoning behind it. I was very impressed!

I have been to Twin Cities Modern Dentistry MANY times over the last 2 years and they have done a great job! Several Root canals, crowns and a night mouth guard. I love the fact that I don't have to make several trips to get a crown and that it can all be done in the same day! They have always made it clear to me that they want me to be happy and that I can do things on my schedule to get everything done that I need. I'm happy to say I would recommend them for your dental needs. Kind, courteous, competent, and professional.

I am a new client to Twin Cities Modern Dentistry-Burnsville. I was changing over from a Dentist I had used for 30 years, trusted and was comfortable with. After three visits to Modern Dentistry, I can confidently say I am very impressed with their efficiency, sensitivity, respect and care for their patients. I feel comfortable with them and look forward to great oral health in the future with this team.

Dr. Mike Hendrickson and his staff are very friendly and welcoming to their office. I’m not a very good person when it comes to going to the dentist but I can assure you that I have had great service and the fact that they have the capability to make caps in the office makes for fewer visits. I have never experienced pain or discomfort afterwards that I couldn’t handle with Advil for a day. I had a lot of problems going in but after 4 visits I was done! That included 2 bridges and 2 caps. Also I had my teeth cleaned by the best hygienist I ever experienced.

When you go in, ask Dr. Mike “what is the average height of a moose”. 😉

Dr. Henrickson does a great job! I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done by him over the past few years, and he has done everything from fillings, to crowns, to an implant with a tissue graft. He has very up-to-date equipment and his expertise is the best! The hygienists are also very good- thorough and friendly! I would highly recommend Twin Cities Modern Dentistry and Dr. Henrickson!

My family and I really appreciate Dr. Mike's expertise and professionalism. We felt very at ease and confident that with his know-how and technology, we'd walk away with a job well done. And he delivers. That's not something we take for granted based on other dentist experiences in years past. He has helped all four of us in our family, and we're grateful for his work.
