The staff here is very kind and friendly. They are very punctual with appointment times as well, I have never had to wait in the lobby past my scheduled time. I'm ussually very nervous about visiting the dentist but Dr. Henrickson is very good at making me feel comfortable and making sure I am good and numb for dental work. My anxiety about being in a dentist office is ussually gone within the 1st few minutes of sitting down. I would and have recommended this office to anyone who needs to have any dental work done.

Dr. Mike and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've had good experiences with my routine cleanings, dental repair, and the advice I've received regarding preventative care.

Just finished up additional dental work. The numbing process was great; didn't feel a thing. I like how they took additional pictures and took the time to explain what they saw and what course of action they recommended.

So far I am not disappointed by the team that took over Dr. Peterson's customers and location.

Dr. Mike Henrickson is by far the best dentist I have ever met. After a very traumatic experience with our PREVIOUS dentist we sought out someone new when my 11 year old had to get a tooth removed. With our PREVIOUS dentist she cried and screamed during the whole removal because it was so painful. Dr. Mike was so patient and caring, making absolute certain she didn't feel any pain whatsoever. I sat with her the whole time and she didn't make a single peep. On the way home I asked her what she thought of Dr. Mike and she told me she never wants to see another dentist. Now that is high praise coming from a girl who before meeting Dr. Mike was absolutely terrified of Dentists and cried at the thought of having dental work done.

I am very pleased to say that Dr. Ballinger and Ms. Cheryl really did a nice job to save my tooth. I had root canal treatment and crown placement all done on the same day which was amazing. Ms. Karen, the receptionist is very friendly and accomodating too. I would definitely recommend TCMD.

I was very pleased with my experience at Twin Cities Modern Dentistry. Dr. Mike took care to properly educate me on what was being done, ensuring my comfort, and even followed up with a check-in phone call later that evening. He was technically skilled and had excellent interpersonal and patient education skills. Thanks!

Dentistry has changed greatly in the years since I last experienced a cavity. Modern Dentistry is everything the name implies, and more: sophisticated equipment, professional care and concern. All staff involved —from front lobby to my time in the chair, explained what I should feel (or better yet, NOT feel) throughout the procedure, and Dr. Mike called soonafter to learn if I had any pain or questions. This place is horrible. I gave them so many chances. My first appointment was great and then it all went down hill. They even asked me to give them another chance before posting a bad review. Don't select this as your dentist.

Let me add to this that the office asked me not to post a bad review and to give them another chance. This was back in May.

After getting a crown, I feel like a queen! My tooth looks and feels great. No pain at all during the procedure.

I’m not one who looks forward to seeing the dentist, but Dr. Henrickson made the experience so much more bearable. He and his hygienists were understanding of my anxiety and worked efficiently while still keeping me calm. If you’re looking for a dentist in the area, Dr. Henrickson and his team can not be beat. This was the most comfortable I’ve personally ever been in the dentists chair.
