I had my first visit and my expectations were exceeded by the great service I received. I forgot to bring my dental insurance card and I was still able to be seen (with the arrangement that I would provide my insurance the next day), I got a full work up that included X-rays, pictures, Conor oral exam, and a detailed treatment plan. Not to mention, the cleaning I received from Jamie was the best I’ve had from any other dental office. I’m so pleased I found my new forever dentist office!

Twin Cities Modern Dentistry has been wonderful to me. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 3 years due to the cost and no dental insurance. I recently moved to the area and was looking to get back on track, landing at TCMD because of their great google reviews compared to other dentists in the same area. Dr. Mike did an in-depth exam of my teeth on the first visit and set me up with a plan to get some needed dental work done based on the priority of the work. He also gave me a clear estimate of the cost for the work and the office staff set me up with their wellness plan, which is a life-saver for someone without dental insurance. Only a few weeks after my first appointment with TCMD, I had an embarrassing accident out of state leaving my two front teeth in need of repair. I called from Texas, made an appointment with TCMD the day I was supposed to fly back, and returned to work the next day without anyone realizing I had two brand new crowns on my two front teeth! Dr. Mike gave wonderful attention to the coloration of my new teeth and they were designed and put in on site in just a few hours during ONE appointment. I was pleasantly surprised because at most other dental clinics, I read crowns can take 2+ visits. When my accident happened, I truly felt comfort knowing I would be in good hands with Dr. Mike and the rest of the staff at TCMD when I returned home to MN.

Dr Mike and the whole staff is amazing! I recently has veneers applied to my six front teeth. Dr Mike has all the equipment there to get the whole thing done in one appointment (design/creation/completion). I was pretty nervous but he took great care to make sure I was comfortable the whole time and what a fabulous transformation!! I did not do it just for cosmetic purposes - as my front teeth were brittle and had many fillings. I was so pleased with results and received many compliments with the transformation. I would highly recommend Dr Mike and his practice for this and other services - very satisfied!!

I had another great experience at Twin Cities Modern Dentistry. I needed a filling and it was done in an efficient and painless manner. After it was done I was able to go about my day with very little discomfort. No pain, just a little tenderness. I even received a follow up call from Dr. Mike to make sure I was still doing well. All of their staff are wonderful. Very kind and helpful.

My follow up care for teeth cleaning and replacement of cracked fillings continues at Twin Cities Modern Dentistry under the professional care of Dr. Lauren Ballinger. I return to Twin Cities Modern Dentistry (Burnsville location) due to the exceptional dental work in a kind and professional environment. They are up to date and state of the art with their tools. There is never any waiting and the work is efficient due to having their own in-house lab. Highly satisfied with their finished results. I have no hesitation in recommending Twin Cities Modern Dentistry.

I had a root canal and it was the best thing I’ve ever done! I’ve been living with the discomfort and had been putting it off for a year, to be honest was a little apprehensive about the procedure because I’ve never had one. I wish I had done this earlier, there was no pain during the procedure and next day I noticed immediate relief. This is a top notch smaller professional dental team A+.

I had several wisdom teeth removed, along with having a few fillings done with Dr. Ballinger and then another more stubborn wisdom tooth removed with Dr. Henrikson. Each tooth was removed with skill and efficiency, and figuring out insurance coverage was a breeze afterwards. I will recommend TC Modern Dentistry to friends and family in the future!

Dr Ballinger and her assistant Cheryl are the best. Both are so caring and they do not rush you in and out. Dr Ballinger even called me in the evening the day I had a tooth extracted. So thoughtful. Karen the receptionist is also excellent to work with. Staff is great. Highly recommend Dr Ballinger and her team.

Very good experience getting one crown and one filling in one 7am appointment, in spite of me needing a total of 3 injections to achieve numbness. The word "modern" in the company name is reflected in the modern equipment, combined with Dr.Mike and Cheryl's skillfull, thorough, careful, professional and efficient service. The call from Mike late that afternoon checking on my status was a pleasant and appreciated surprise. Jim Christian
