Seen my husband on a Saturday at 4:30pm for emergency. Over the rest of weekend he was still in pain. So they made time for him to come back on Monday to get him feeling comfortable. Very clean friendly and helpful staff would recommend this office for sure.

The staff is always so nice to me, and they answer all my questions without making me feel dumb. I had a lot of work done and they followed up a few days later to see how I was doing. They really treat you like family in all the ways that matter. Shout out to the manager Jude and the specialist Dr. Eric Unger for being amazingly kind people! ❤

Very nice office, Great technology to spend money on. I went in here for the $59.99 cleaning and they were a little pushy on trying to sell me some laser treatment that I clearly did not want. They started to sit me up like I was done because I didn't want to spend some $1,500+ dollars and didn't want to finance it, I had to ask to get my $59.99 teeth cleaning she said " O well we can but it not what you need". Really!? this made the experience very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was unwanted because I couldn't afford what they want. I don't have insurance this year and they know that's why I was there for a $59.99 teeth cleaning. Not a fan of this place.

So I never really trusted any other dentist until I met Dr. Bachani. I used to think that all dentist were just trying to get money out of you separate from your insurance. Champlin Dentistry debunks that entire theory, the customer service is second to none. The entire staff makes it seem as if they see you every week, when really they see you twice a year. Highly recommend Champlin Dentistry!

Overcharged for every procedures for my family except cleaning. They said that they will refund anything that they overcharged us before taking our money. We showed them our insurance statement of benefit; which clearly showed how much it covers for each procedures and they said that their system will refund us in 2-4 weeks. Almost 5 months now and they still say the same thing. The office manager said that their system will refund us once it shows an overcharged and they can't do anything about it.

We recently moved back to the Twin Cities. My experience as a new patient with high anxiety has been comfortable and easy. Staff are kind, laid back and accommodating.
Champlin Dentistry is conveniently located off 169 at 114th across from Walgreens, near Chipotle and Hope's Closet (fabulous thrift shop). The office is easy to see from 169.
Dr. Nara met with us in her office first, taking time to gather history while building a friendly rapport. She understands the scope of my anxieties and offers suggestions for communicating my needs before and during visits. I'm instantly aware that the Google reviews are well-deserved. I'm in good hands.

I can’t thank Dr. Bachani and the great staff enough for fixing my smile. I had been putting it off for years and honestly thought of it as a fantasy of having a better smile without braces..But they were able to fix it that day! Other dentists that I went to prior had told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get the crown tooth back from the lab and even then if it wasn’t a fit or the shade/color of it was off they would have to send it back and have to wait another 2 weeks. Not the problem at Champlin Dentistry! They had the machine there and got it done perfectly!
I can honestly say that I’ve never been more comfortable at the dentist than I was at Champlin Dentistry. Highly recommend scheduling your next appointment with them!

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Bachani at Champlin Dentsitry! His compassion and care were stellar and his experience in dentistry was quite obvious. I recommend him for any patients looking for a new dentist!! I had such a natural conversation with him and he is this way with all of his patients! Great with adults and children- he explains the procedures and is honest about everything that is going to happen at each appointment! Wouldn't go anywhere else for dental care.

The entire Champlin Dentistry staff is so accommodating and helpful. Dr. Bachani is so thorough. He explains all of his findings and gives direction on how things can be corrected. So glad we found a new dentist that cares!! Kudos to Julia for her patience in getting my girls scheduled even though I have a hectic schedule!
