The front desk service is efficient and they are very helpful.
The dental assistants hold the place down well and they were sweet and caring. My kids and I had very professional and experienced work completed by the dentists. I will return again

I had seen Dr. Bachani for an emergency filling/possible root canal on 7/10 and as a first time patient I was welcomed by awesome friendly staff members and had every question answered clearly and detailed - I have never been this impressed with a dentist before! Would definitely return/refer others to this clinic with this MD! Incredibly clean and welcoming, kudos to all the staff that helped calm me down (not an easy task)!!

Dr Nara is amazing! I love her and she always makes me feel very comfortable and made sure my mouth was all the way numb before drilling. I have had a great experience every single visit and they remember all the details that I share with them, so they ask about how my daughter is doing which I think is just so sweet and personable.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my fiance who is hurting so bad after her visit that she can't see her phone through the tears.

She called last week to make an appointment because she was in extreme pain, the dentist saw her said she needed a 2 hour descaling procedure, but the had no availably to do it that day, the soonest they could see her was going to be 7 days later.

She was a little distraught because the pain had woken her up the night before but she accepted, asumming it was just that time of year and would be hard to get in anywhere.

When she asked what to do about the pain in the meantime the doctor told her to take antibiotics and ibuprofen.

When she informed him she had no relief from any of the half dozen NSaids she tried he told her that he was sorry but he wouldn't prescribe anything for this, but he would try to get her in sooner if there was a cancellation or something.

Fast forward a week and she's in so much pain that she hasn't been able to sleep for 2 days, she was unable to hold food down yesterday due to the pain and had to make an online appointment for prescription nausea medicine just to be able to hold liquids down. Apparently there weren't any cancellations over the past 7 days but, whatever she survived and at least they would be able to fix it today... Or so we thuought tuns out the receptionist never entered her appointment into their computer and now they might be able to squeeze her in Monday but they can't even guarantee that... "Oops, sorry new receptionist, but hey it's only a few more days of extreme pain and starvation right?"

Words are failing me right now, I can't explain the depth of my disbelief that anyone let alone a medical professional would have such a callous disregard for a person's suffering like this. I almost took her to the hospital yesterday, the only reason I didn't is because they probably wouldn't have been able to find an emergency dentist any sooner than this morning...

And all of this pain could be solved by a 2 hour procedure with a dental hygienist... What if she'd needed an actual root canal or something that required a specialist?

After explaining this to my dentists office, they felt so bad for our experience here that they are willing to OPEN AN HOUR EARLY TOMORROW to see her. Because they care about other people, because people should care about each other...

This place and the professionals here were AMAZING!! This is coming from a person who really, REALLY doesn’t care for visits to the dentist. First of all, they scheduled me an appointment the next day as I was in a great deal of pain. The dentist was sharp, respectful and struck me as someone who is passionate about what she does.
She was authentic enough to convince me I should get a root canal instead of an extraction (this saves my tooth) and this was NOT a decision taken lightly - be mindful here that I am an adult who has allowed fear to keep me from getting my teeth cleaned for 10+ Years. The specialist even agreed to stay late to do my procedure. I left the office pain free. 🥰

Every person in the clinic tolerated my hyper vigilant anxiousness with a empathetic smile. 🙂. The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating and resourceful. I would definitely recommend Champlin Dentistry.

The staff is so kind and the office always looks organized and clean. Excellent dentist, I won’t go anywhere else! If you’ve been looking for a forever dentist for you and/or your family, you’ve found it!!

Overall amazing experience! The front desk ladies were helpful and respectful, quick service and very honest about what needed to be done.

Dr. Bachani was the best dentist I have EVER seen. Knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry and made me have an enjoyable time.

My experience has been 5 star every time. I recommend Champlin Dentistry for all of your dental care needs (preventative, periodontics, endodontics etc). My mouth has never been treated as comprehensively anywhere else!

Very pleased with my visit to Champlin Dentistry! Dr. Bachani is one of the most genuine and personable dentists I have ever visited and the rest of the staff is also very friendly and informative. They were able to make my crowns using the newest technology - in one day! Also, the later hours worked perfectly with my work hours! Highly recommend this place.
