All they cared about how they will bill me. Their customer service needs training. They prescribed the toothpaste but you can’t buy from any pharmacy or use a Goodrx discount card. They increased the price so you only buy it from them. They were very eager to sell their crowns at higher price, but when it came to taking care of your teeth, they don’t care at all. If I could give them negative five stars I would.

For many years I was afraid of dentists. So much so I never went to one until I had no choice to get my actual teeth pulled. I’ve had so many absess teeth. Not because I didn’t take care of them, but I couldn’t afford the insurance. When I finally got a job that offered actual dental insurance, I chose the high prices because I knew I was going to need false teeth.
I found Dr. Bachani and I’ve been way happier! We discussed implants and false teeth. We discussed all payments and such and what my insurance would cover! I’ve shared this experience with some coworkers! And some have come to him as well.
He listens to YOUR NEEDS! And explains the best procedure to become healthier and what not for your dental needs. Never in a million years, I thought I would EVER give a positive review for any doctor out there! And here I am! 😁 Giving a well deserved recommendation.
But this man is one of the bests in my book! I highly recommend Dr. Bachani

I needed some work done (two crowns and a root canal) and the exceptional staff performed all of that in one day. While I don't recommend that "one day" approach for the faint of heart, the team was truly remarkable, taking me through the process very efficiently and with wonderful results. The dentist was truly focused on my delight... not just satisfaction. Delight. The hygienists were so attentive and helpful. And EVERYONE in this office is profoundly friendly. I feel very grateful that we've found our new dentists and we have the added bonus that they are pretty close to home! I would, without hesitation, recommend Champlin Dentistry to anyone needing any services they provide, from regular cleanings to major work. Well done, team!
