I have the best experiences at Champlin Dentistry! Dr. Bachani and his staff are welcoming and hospitable. And…. as promised he has a “gentle touch” for scardy cats” like me. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! Robert and the front staff are also a pleasure to work with.

How do I give them 10 stars!?!? What can I say they are an awesome bunch. I unfortunately spent years of my life not maintaining my teeth like I should. They were not judgemental they looked at my individual case and help come up with a plan on how best to move forward. Whether it was a routine cleaning, filling, or root canal with a cap they were professional, courteous, and gentle. They did everything they could to make sure that I was at ease. Thank you so much. Dr Bachani and your team give dental people everywhere a great name.

After I got an inlay, a crown, and a cleaning from them, I scheduled my six month cleaning appointment. A few months down the road, I kept on getting calls to reschedule my appointment. I got so annoyed. I canceled.
So, six months after I get my inlay from Champlin Dentistry , I go to another dentist. They tell me that the inlay needs to fixed and now I need a crown. The inlay was not installed correctly. They suggested I call Champlin Dentistry and they might pay for the tooth to be fixed.( Insurance wasn't going to cover it because the tooth was recently fixed via inlay) They emailed Champlin Dentistry their findings supporting the need for the tooth to be repaired with a crown.
I call Champlin Dentistry and tell them that tooth they "fixed" six months ago needs to be crowned. Their response was that they didn't get the email, and that they weren't going to pay for the crown. Jude also said " I shouldn't have gone to another dentist." So, apparently, I don't have the right to switch dentists--interesting.
In sum, Champlin Dentistry didn't do right by me. I went to a third dentist and they told me the same thing. They inlay needs to be replaced. Champlin Dentistry did a bad job installing it. They are also over priced. The new dentist charged me 30% less for the crown than Champlin Dentistry charged me for the inlay.
Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for your dental needs. They office manager --Jude-- is a fascist and dentists don't know what they are doing.

Great dental work and very clean and nice environment. However they tend to try to sell you on services that are also way overpriced compared to other dentists. I received a recommendation for additional care (one time they didn’t even clean my teeth because they said i needed a $500+ dollar special cleaning). Additionally they wanted me to come in every 2-3 months for a cleaning which is not covered by a lot of insurance plans. After getting multiple second opinions nobody even brought up the initial concern to me which is why I will be switching offices along with some friends and family. I think this dentist has a reputation of great care but they try to sell you on stuff and make extra money compared to just being realistic and cleaning your teeth.

Friendly and happy staff. They talk you though everything and how to make sure you’re taking of your teeth properly. Just moved to the area and took a chance on the location. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a dentist! Definitely one of the best experiences what in a few years.
