The experiences I've had at Gentle Dentistry have been GREAT! In my opinion they are the best dentist I've been to. They really CARE about your dental health. They have always fit my family in same day or next for dental emergencies. Kristen is a wonderful hygienist. I hate novacaine and she made it literally feel like nothing. No pain and very gentle! Would definitely recommend this dentist! Thanks Mom for referring me to them😁😇🦷

Just got a check-up and cleaning with Technician Liz and Dr Lester. Both Dr Lester and Tech Liz were easy to talk to about my issues and listened to my concerns. All of my procedure
was truly gentle with concern for my comfort. I signed up for the Gentle Dentistry plan on a previous visit earlier this year so this visit was covered by the plan! I have been a patient for several years and will be one for years to come.

This was my first visit to Gentle Dentistry and they live up to their name. The entire experience from scheduling through my appointment was pleasant. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and thorough. While I was in the waiting room a gentleman came in and there was a mixup with an appointment for his wife with special health needs. He was a little distressed but the front desk staff was so kind and patient and helped accommodate them. They provided an appointment for her so they wouldn’t have to come back another day.

Absolute worse service I’ve ever had , rescheduled 3 times and still couldn’t get the last dates right and missed our daughters and had to try squeezing her in. 120 and 210. Turned to 2. Then 230. Then 3. Front end needs work. Dentist are great but they can’t schedule for the life of them and blame our inconvenience of them being in a pandemic. It’s okay for them to snap on you on the phone but you cause any commotion and it’s done.

Would never recommend coming back to this dentist, first ones in. And I watched 5 people come in and out for appointments that were supposed to be after ours.

This clinic treats your as the inconvenience and just wants the money. If I could I would give 0 stars.

I have never felt neglected or mistreated by any other dentist and had to many inconveniences when the last girl I talked to when they cancelled on us an hour before the appointment, which is almost the time to get there, and told we’re all an inconvenienced.

I am scared of dental work. Have panick attacks. My visit today was so so wonderful. Had teeth pulled and my dentist did such great work. I was surprised how fast it went and no pain. Everyone who was working were very nice. I felt relaxed around them. Thank you all so much. I will be back for more work that needs to be done.

I was called by GD to move my appointment for an abstraction today. I jumped at the chance because I had been in pain. I was taken back to a chair. Got X-rays. Then I was told I was there for hygiene and cleaning and would need to make an appointment for the extraction. My husband heard our earlier phone conversation and verified what they had said about getting my tooth pulled. I was in pain and lost my temper. They kicked me out and banned me from the office. GENTLE DENTISTRY I don’t think so!

Dr. Yaghi is by far the best dentist out there. She is nice, through and goes the extra! 100%. Silvia and Teri are great Dental Assistants. So Friendly! The front desk staff (Jennifer) is always pleasant on the phone and in person. Would recommend this location to anyone!

I came here to get a bad tooth removed and he messed it up. Granted, it's not his fault the roots are fused to the bone, but he continued to dig and dig and caused me to get dry socket. He also didn't give me any after care instructions except to casually mention not to use a straw. He didn't want to give me antibiotics until I told him I get infections easily. I'm never going here again. In previous visits, they always had difficulty getting me properly numb for fillings, and I've never had that problem with any other dentist. The fillings also are not smooth and some have sharp points.

Not if fan of my last visit at all. Told the lady several times I had nerve pain in my face and she didn't listen on top of telling me to relax anf just breath after asking her to stop she refused to listen. I have face piercings I asked her to be careful she kept pulling on then eith her mirror. I finally had enough of the pain asked her to put my seat up 4 times and she refused I had to get up and request to schedule a new appt with someone else. Cause she caused more pain then Amy good. Everyone else in the office was nice and respectful.

Had a filling redone and told my dentist it was too tight. She dismissed my concerns, even though I was adamant it was so tight I was unable to floss between those teeth. She even admitted it took her body weight to get floss between my teeth but would not address it. I ended up going to a different clinic to have the issue addressed - apparently the filling was tight because a loose piece of composite was wedged between my teeth. The filling needed to be redone in order for the loose piece to be removed. I'm glad I was able to advocate for myself because it was clear my dentist at Gentle Dentistry was not willing to listen to me. I will not be returning.
