I had a regular cleaning scheduled for six months, but it was rescheduled on their end and I was placed on the cancelation list because there was no Friday appointment available. I ended up keeping my "place holder" appointment, which meant missing work. I switched to a new insurance company in September that did not provide a paper card, so there was difficulty accessing my insurance information. The administrative staff were able to figure out my benefits and get the appointment covered. I even got a call later apologizing for the inconvenience. The staff presented in a manner that tells me they have patients yelling at them a lot. (Stop being mean to service providers, People.) They did a great job in working on the insurance problem even though it was my fault for not getting the information as requested prior to the appointment. The cleaning was great and the dentist was fun. Well done Apple Tree Dental!

Very Pleased with the doctor, as the tooth pull turned into a surgery. He was patient with me and gave me breaks as the process was long and hard. Would not want to go anywhere else. He even stayed half a hour late to finish the surgery. I RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL SERVICE!

Called for a root canal that I needed. Got me in fast two days later. But when the doctor looks at the tooth she says I dont do root canals...... well guess it's a waste of time. She wants to send me somewhere else. They will give me a 30% discount in the bill it will only be $900..... Thought this was supposed to be affordable dental? I'm on disability make $10k a year thanks for nothing can't get it done in so much Pain

This dental place is great. They fit me in for a root canal the day after a major snow storm. The dentist was quick and efficient. The hygienist made me laugh, which is a good thing because I’m so afraid of the dentist. They took my needs seriously and listened to my concerns.

They are busy because they're in demand so you might have to wait a few weeks for routine care, especially if you request a specific dentist or hygienist. For emergency situations they are usually able to see you that day. They are thorough and explain things well and offer different options to suit your needs while considering cost estimates. I have no insurance and they have a sliding scale fee based on income. Reception is very patient, polite and respectful.
