Gentle Dentistry - Coon Rapids Office

Horrible experience! I went in last week to have a broken tooth looked at and to get a referral for an oral surgeon to have all my teeth pulled at the same time. The Hygenist was rude and seemed mad at me for not having 2 teeth pulled that day and said I needed to make another appt for a full mouth xray which I did. Well this morning was my appt. I confirmed it 2 days ago when they called me. I showed up at 7 am and was told the hygenist who was going to do my xrays called in sick, then she told me they called me to tell me this, I never got a message stating she called in sick! I wasted a trip there at 7 am for nothing! Only to be told "Sorry" No "I can reschedule you for another day". Just sorry maam. So I now have to go several days longer in excruciating pain and find another dentist to help me?! Soo extremely unprofessional!

OMG LOVE Katie the hygienist. We made next appt when SHE works. So easy to talk too and actually seemed to have compassion. You're a RARE human and i look forward to seeing you again. Ty for listening!!! Seriously, you're a a prime example of who people should strive to be!!! 🙏

If I could give zero I would. They can't get appointments scheduled correctly. Had the wrong phone number. Which I corrected them. And canceled an appointment without notification even after a confirmation text 2 hours previous. We arrived early to be told they canceled it. And we couldn't be seen and to reschedule and have to wait another almost 2 months.

I loved my Dental Hygentist today. Very attentive,informative,engaging. I did not get her name,but I will,she was so helpful. She did not assume I know everthing about teeth,and offered tips on what I was interested in,even though I didnt tell her so,as I was kind of overwhelmed with remembering other things I was being told,and could not respond to,cuz my mouth was being worked on,lol

The doctors there are amazing and so very patient and kind. They let you stop if you can't handle it. Best dentist I've ever been too.

I have been a patient with gentle dentistry for the past 7 years! But I had the worse experience last October with of their new unprofessional Dr.s .. drove 50 min to see the dentist after providing 360 X-ray the week prior. I was waiting over 30 minutes for the Dr. to diagnose and start the treatment, yet he only looked at the X-ray and “we gonna start the root canal on Wednesday” I asked the Dr. Along with the staff what is the point of the appointment of the Dr. ONLY going to see the X-ray? Where he could’ve started the treatment already!!!! I was mad .. in pain. I go again scheduled a root canal with dr. Yaghi and guess what she refused the service of her 7 years patient claiming I wasn’t respectful!! Instead of training the unprofessional staff! Now they’re refusing service!!

Teeth cleaning, always on time, super nice staff! I've had Katie last 3 times. Very pleasant! Side note: Costco was BUSY! LOL

Been going here for years and my boys and I love it!! Everyone that works there is SUPER friendly and always helpful! Absolutely love this place!

Strictly rating the staff: hygenist was very understanding and helped me feel as best I could under very distressful circumstances. Dentist was very professional and explained everything well. Reception staff was very welcoming. When they had me fill out some forms she could tell I was extremely anxious and uncomfortable, and was very reassuring. All that being said, going to the dentist is never fun, and for many (including myself) dental procedures can be extremely anxiety Inducing, but they do live up to their name of being gentle. - Jarred
