Horrible experience. Went in with a sensitive tooth and jaw pain. Dr. Nguyen looked at the x-ray and said there was nothing wrong with the tooth, but recommended extraction because the root might be cracked. Went to a different dental clinic where they found an infection and the tooth could be saved with a root canal. I would never go back!

Hygienist was very gentle, very nice. Dr. Esteban Lugo was TERRIBLE! He gave my daughter novacaine to pull 4 teeth, but did not make sure it was working before he started to pull them. He got very impatient and just kept working on her with tears streaming down her cheeks. It was completely awful. I specifically asked to never have him again, and when I made the next appointment for my kids, all 4 of them had him again! He didn't even talk to me, just sent messages through the hygienists. Dr. Olson was much, much better when we saw him.

Our hygienist was very kind to my twelve year old. She encouraged her to brush better especially in certain areas. Recommended an electronic tooth brush. We got it. She now has braces through their Riverdale location and YES, brushing report is top notch #1.

I went there last August and it took them over 8 months to process my bill and i had to miss my second scheduled cleaning because they kept sending me the wrong bill and they never contacted my insurance, even though they had my card long time ago my insurance covers the cleaning and now they sent me. A wrong bill again and guess what i have to pay it before may 12th and i cant find anyone to contact about this because of the quarantines

Good hygienists, poor dentists. I have seen three different dentists here and they all have done poor work. I have had minor and major work done. They are more about pushing you through quickly and you are simply a number. They have no guarantee behind their work. If you are ok with getting a filling done then a month later you still have issues and need a crown, its your problem and on your dime. The billing ladies are rude and have no respect for patients or questions you may have. I would recommend finding someone in your network that has a private practice that pours their heart into their work. For the price of dental care you deserve quality dental work.
