I have honestly never had a better experience at a dental office. From the moment I walked in Monica met me with a smile and was very courteous. She made registration at my new office very easy and pain free.
From there I was taken back to the chair and seated. The building is very warm and inviting feeling, unlike other offices I have been to in the past. Not being one to be thrilled about going to the dentist, as I am sure I feel similar to a lot of other people, it was a nice change of pace to feel very comfortable.
Bethany was there to clean my teeth that day, and I was once again met with a smile when she came in and introduced herself. She did an excellent job explaining to me what she was going to be doing, as well as warning me when some of the not so comfortable parts of the job were coming up. I was amazed at all the technology available in this office! It was nice to see that at Loban dental they were keeping with the times and using updated equipment. It made me feel like I was getting the best possible service I could. Plus watching a little tv while being at the dentist was nice!
Next I had the pleasure of dealing with the assistant Megan. Once again I was met with a smile and a feeling that I was under good care. It was interesting to listen to Megan and Dr. Loban talk when they had looked at my teeth as Megan seemed to be very knowledgeable and involved. I have never had an experience like that before at the dentist. Dr. Loban was friendly and explained to me what was going on with my teeth in a way I could understand. It just really seemed like everyone around me was smart, and working hard to ensure that I would leave my visit happy, and with a smile on my face.
All in all I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone! They really make the experience pain free (as much as they can-it is the dentist after all...) from the moment you walk in, dealing with insurance and billing, to the work received, all the way to scheduling another visit. I will definitely be back!

Great experience. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you ever have a cavity, Dr. Loban is very gentle with numbing your mouth I barely felt anything compared to other dentists I have been to.
