This is a great place to get your dental care! Everyone is so friendly and very compassionate to your individual needs. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to receiving dental care. The staff always make sure I am comfortable - Dr. Hagley is sensitive to my needs, he takes his time and I never feel like he is rushing on to the next patient. Ashley is awesome!! She makes me comfortable with friendly chatting. My cleaning was quick and painless. I have nervous issues when in the dentist chair but With Ashley cleaning my teeth I’m comfortable. The rest of the office staff is always friendly and helpful!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hagley for a few years. I am EXTREMELY anxious about dental appointments, but he is always so gentle and reassuring. Today, I had a root canal and I FELL ASLEEP!! I cannot even believe that could happen. He is an excellent dentist, a perfectionist (no one I know has ever been able to tell I have a bridge right in the front of my teeth) and everyone who works in his office is excellent. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grand Rapids Dental Care.

I called to schedule an appointment for myself and my daughter as new patients. I was told that they are accepting new patients but they are not accepting my insurance at this time which is IM Care. I guess if you have a nice job that provides you with good dental insurance then they will take you because they get paid more. would that be considered discrimination? I also told them I have uni - care dental plan which is basically like paying cash and was told that they don't accept that either. I have called every dentist in the grand Rapids area and have been told the exact same thing. What ever happened to caring about people and there health or is it all just about the money now? every place that has denied me and my daughter should be ashamed of themselves, I will make sure I review all of them with my displeasure of there lack of caring. I have a broken tooth if that matters to anyone.

Gentle on the gums!!! Scenic views of nature right from the chair. Very thorough dentist! Dr. Rachel was attentive, conscious listener, and was very clear in communication. The entire team, starting from the receptionist to the hygienist, was amazing taking dentistry to a whole other level of professionalism.
