Grand Rapids Dental Care

I've been going to Grand Rapids Dental for approximately 5 years, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hagley and his staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr. Hagley is very skilled and knowledgable. Some of the techniques and tools he uses I've never seen anywhere else. I believe he uses the best, most modern techniques available in dentistry in his practice.

I know that Dr. Hagley truly cares about his patients. After having undergone what could have been a painful procedure, Dr. Hagley personally called me at the end of the day to check on me and see how I was doing. And, I know it wasn't a fluke deal, because he did the same thing after another similar visit. Both times I was happy to report that I was doing well, and everything was going fine. Maybe it was just luck, but it was probably that both procedures were done well, and with great skill.

I've had several dentists over the years, through moving around the country, and I truly believe he's the best dentist that I've ever been to. I used to have what I would describe as a moderate amount of dental anxiety from other dentists that I'd been to in the past, but that's gone now. When I first moved to northern MN and was looking for a dentist, I found Dr Hagley after doing a fair amount of research online. I know I made the right choice by choosing Dr. Hagley and Grand Rapids Dental Care.

I was in the military and then I lived in Tennessee for a few years. So I have had the miss fortune of having to try different dentists out all across the country.
When I first visited this office I was incredibly impressed with how considerate and attentive the staff was.
Dr. Hagley, was amazing. I have never had a more thorough exam, I was very impressed by his attention to detail.
I have had bad experiences in the past with crowns. I have dealt with Dentist who, in hindsight, I would never let work on my dog. One horrible experience was a crown that I was forced to keep even though it prevented me from closing my mouth properly for almost 10 years.
I have since had three crowns done by Dr. Hagley, including two root canal’s. I haven’t had a single problem with any of those procedures either during or after. It’s refreshing to have crowns in your mouth that you forget are even there
I will never again visit another dentist office. I have found “My Dentist!”

I have found Dr. Hagley a dentist who's goal is to provide the best service possible. He is sincerely committed and thorough in his practice. He is among one of the best dentists I have gone to over the years. His office staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Hagley and all of the employees at his office are always so nice and helpful. They do a great job on dental health but also really care about you as a customer. I used to hate the dentist but now its easy going to his office. A+ i will continue to go!!!

My family absolutely loves Grand Rapids Dental Care!! The staff is so welcoming and wonderful with my young children. They have taught them great dental hygiene from such a young age and we could not be more thankful to have such a positive experience for them with each visit. Great place to go for dental care. The office staff are friendly and professional. The higenyst is outstanding. Dr. Hagley is a great dentist. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but it is a lot more pleasant going here.

In today's world there is much more to the client experience besides excellent Dental Care. A great client experience requires friendly greeting when walking through the door, correct submitting of insurance paper work or working with the insurance company on cost estimates, excellent periodontal maintenance and services above and beyond the normal dental care. For our family the Grand Rapids dental care team provides top ratings for exceeding the complete client experience. We have been with Dr. Hagley and his team for over 10 years. I personally am just completing a dental implant. I had no pain, no infection, follow up calls from Dr. Hagley all at a reasonable industry cost. We would recommend the Grand Rapids Dental Care to anyone wanting excellent dental care, great business skills with insurance companies and kind, friendly staff. Based upon our client experience our family gives them a five start rating.

We were new to town and looking for a dentist. Mike came recommended from a neighbor and we had our first appointments. Glad we chose him, very professional from check-in to check-up. Have had two other visits and always pleased.

Grand Rapids Dental Care is the second dentist place I have gone to and it will be my last! Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. GRDC has always gone above expectations for my son and I's needs. Dr. Hagley is one of the best Dentist. He truly cares about his patients and has even checks in on them after a tough apt. (crown, removal, etc.) by calling them to make sure they are doing okay. I have never had a health professional take time after hours to check in. My son & I's hygienists have always been very friendly and caring. Mine even let me know well in advance she was moving and asked if I had anyone in particular I would like to see in the office once she left. I have had 4 different medical doctors leave without ever being notified, only to find out they are gone when I call to make an apt. You will never experience this kind of carelessness at GRDC. Highly recommend GRDC!
