Dr. Hagely prides himself in keeping up with the newest technology. He built tooth crowns at his office and sent me off with a new crown in a matter of hours. No follow up required. His staff is fully dedicated to professional dentistry and Grand Rapids Dental. Staff attend annual education classes to maintain currency and develop new skills. I get the best dental care of my life at Grand Rapids Dental.

Dr. Hagely was my dentist as a small child and took very good care of me back then. I recently have come back to him in the last year and he and his staff have taken such great care of me. What was potentially a devastating blow dealt to me about the future of my teeth was quickly turned into hope. Dr. Hagely has made it his personal mission to give my teeth the best possible care to avoid something that would be tragic for me. He cared enough to recognize that and has spent a.great amount of time.and effort on my treatment plan moving forward in caring for my teeth. I always feel welcomed and cared for during my visits by he and his staff and he is great at cracking some jokes to ease the tension for a patient who is highly anxious in that dentist chair. I would recommend Dr. Hagely to anyone. Thank you Dr. Hagely and the staff at Grand Rapids Dental Care!!

For Rhonda Hess visit 01/07/20 for root canal. Great care as always, love Dr. Hagley and his assistant banter back and forth. It's fun to get into the conversations even with your mouth being worked on. Every time I have had a root cancel done Dr. Hagley as always called later in the evening to see how I was doing. I have never had a dentist do that before. It really shows he cares. I highly recommend Grand Rapids Dental Care.

All around great staff who try and get to know you on a personal level. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful, dental assistant was also very friendly, quick, and responsive, Dr. Hagley is extremely knowledgeable and has a passion for his profession. The most impressive part of my experience was Dr. Hagley's overall knowledge of dental work but also trends / studies of the industry. Very insightful. I paid out of pocket and x-rays and cleaning we're very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I recently had a molar crown procedure with Dr. Hagley and his staff. My procedure went well as Dr. Hagley and his dental staff are trained to answer your questions and to ask about your comfort level - even if all you are able to say is "Ah ahing hing." I asked if I could use my phone with earbuds to listen to music during the drilling, which I was. It was a great comfort not to hear the whole range of high pitched sounds. I'd also asked for a pair of goggles and received a pair that were yellow (green being the other option). The goggles fitted over my glasses, preventing unwanted stuff from flying into my eyes, and gave a respite from the white light needed for them to work. I'd also brought in a small rolled up blanket to put under my knees to prevent my back from cramping.
My procedure went a little longer than expected so I was apprised of the situation immediately. Once back in the chair, Dr. Hagley said because it had been longer, that he wanted to inject more antisthetic...which was a great idea!! We finished up with no further hitches. The most memorable thing about this appointment and procedure was that Dr. Hagley called me that evening to make sure I was still pain free which I was.
A few days later I went in for a follow up on the crown as teeth felt high. I brought in a can of mixed nuts with sea salt, gave it to Dr. Hagley and told him that I was NUTS about him and his staff and that the only pain that I'd had after the earlier procedure was what came in with me, and then at quite reduced as I was allowed to care for my own needs as well.
I give them 5 stars because of the above review. I've also been going to GRDC for about 3 years having transferred with Dr. Singsank and the staff whom I was most familiar, Deanne and Michelle. The other staff whom I've come to know are my favorites now as well. Thus I highly recommend Grand Rapids Dental Care if you're new in the area or if your current dentist is retiring, or whatever may cause a change in your dental care.
