Andrea was amazing, being my first time getting a clean up. She was patient and explained every procedure she was doing. She never rushed once. She consistently asked if I was doing okay or if I was in any pain. Both Andrea's and Dr. Pooley's visits were exceptional.

My first experience here was incredible. The staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Andrea was an incredible and friendly hygienist. She was considerate of my time and money by making sure my previous dental records got transferred over so that no unnecessary procedures were performed. The dentist was also warm and efficient. Fantastic Office. I look forward to going back and feel so good knowing my dental care is in their hands.

I have been a patient of Dr Pooley’s for 5 years now and I can not give a higher recommendation for a better dental office! He provides a high quality service employs a wonderfully friendly & helpful staff! I have high anxiety when it comes to dental work both him & his staff go above/beyond to ensure my comfort! The staff at River Valley Dental are always warm and friendly. I don’t love going to the dentist but they make it a positive experience. I like the honest information provided and that I have choices in the treatment plan. I would highly recommend their entire team!

They are very transparent about pricing and have great customer service! They made me feel very comfortable during my first appointment and really listened to my concerns. They have a screen in front of you that shows you what they are looking at on their screen so you can see the photos of your teeth, the x-rays, and any other notes. No other dental office has made me feel that involved in my treatments, and their prices are pretty good. I'll be recommending others to go here!

Recently I had been dropped from my parents dental plan and hadn’t gotten dental insurance through my work yet. I ended up chipping my front teeth and they got me in the very next day after I called and fixed them! They also were great with setting up a payment plan for me since I didn’t have insurance! On top of all of that, they were so welcoming and understanding! Didn’t make me feel bad for not having insurance. Typically,!I get anxiety going to the dentist, but they made it such a breeze for me and I didn’t have any anxiety at all! I won’t go to any other dentist from now on and strongly recommend them to any and everyone!

As a person with severe anxiety about going to the Dentist, this office has been the most pleasant. My daughter had her first dental appt. scheduled after myself today. While I was getting my teeth cleaned, Andrea was fantastic with her; answering all her questions and even showing her what she was doing. When it was her turned, she continued to answer ALL of her questions and even let her help! Dr. Pooley and his assistant Jenessa have always gone above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible when I’ve gone in for other extensive dental work. I highly recommend.

I got to River Valley Dental and Erin was the most welcoming person to see first thing walking in! Lindsey was amazing and defiantly made you feel comfortable and welcomed. They truly do care about you and want to get to know you not just as a patient but as a person. Dr Pooley was wonderful and listened to what your concerns were and addressed them accordingly.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. It’s never fun to have a tooth pulled or a cavity filled but they made it as quick and painless as possible. Very friendly staff that make you feel comfortable and welcome. I recommend them to anyone.

Staff and dentists are all friendly, professional and knowledgable; minimal wait time; all my dental needs are well performed; swift communication with other dental specialists I also see. No complaints for me, and can’t think of anything more I can ask.
