Computers shut down during cleaning (had to restart) and again during the exam with the dentist. I got the impression that the hygienist was a newer employee but has been there for 9 years. It didn’t feel like the cleaning reflected the experience but did manage to ask if I work and where am I originally from (is it cuz I don’t look caucasian?) The dentist stated he would check the photos from previous records later and let me know if he sees anything. Hygienist forgot to get the estimate of the cost of the fluoride (obviously the insurance wasn’t checked prior) but did give me my goodies on my way out of door. Don’t even know if I have a bill now since the computers were down.

This may sound like a shocker, but I look forward to going to the dentist with Dr. Pooley and his staff...crazy I know. As soon as you open the door, they are fun and friendly and Dr. Pooley is just a cool guy and not an intimidating dentist.
