2 years since my last review and the GHD team only impresses more.
If you aren’t going to GHD, I wouldn’t even bother brushing because you have no idea what the standard of patient-centered dental care is until you visit them. Absolutely incredible.
The entire team is friendly, super courteous, and uses technology to make booking and keeping appointments frictionless. The facilities and tools are modern and like new. Can't say enough good stuff about this place.

This office is the best! OK, it's been *a while* (>10 years) since I've been to the dentist for a cleaning. The office staff is so upbeat and Dr. Francis is personable, as well as thorough. My hygienist for my deep cleanings was JJ and she was awesome! Very gentle and caring considering my long-time fear and reluctance to go to the dentist. They all made me feel so great, I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!!

One thing I always have dreaded was going to the dentist. In all honesty probably one of my least favorite things to do, lets be real going to the dentist is typically not a fun experience. I did however have a dentist as kid I didn't mind seeing. Sadly he had to close his practice due to health issues. For the next 10 years I bounced from practice to practice and was unable to find a dentist that made the experience tolerable and one I could really make an occurring thing with . Which brings me to my find, Grove Health Dental! When you walk through the doors you get a upbeat, energetic, and caring bunch. From the ladies up front, to the hygienists, and to Dr. Francis, who was a high school rival in football, lone behold (Go Ponies!), made it a very personable experience. I really liked the fact they give you personal feel of their entire staff on the lobby TV, with employee fun facts and pictures. You basically feel like you know them before you even get called back to the "chair". My hygienist is great, she was really thorough in her work and made the experience actually a lot of fun. I applaud Dr. Francis and his team as they have a great thing going on here. They have a life long customer in me.

Look no further for a new Dental Office as I certainly won’t be looking any further. If there is such a description, I would describe Dr. Francis at Grove Health Dental, and his dentistry team, as “heavenly”. This may sound a little overboard but it’s honestly true. The staff are amazingly kind, compassionate and very willing to patiently listen to your issues and concerns. In my 50+ years of experiences with “other” Dental Offices, I've never left the office looking forward to my next visit. I personally thank Dr. Francis, Heather, Ashley, Carmen, Amanda and all staff, for their kindness and compassion for their patients and their profession. They couldn’t have made me feel more welcomed and comfortable.

We could not be happier with our new dental office - Grove Health Dental. After having our family dentist for over 20 years, we moved and had to find a new dentist. Four years has past since then and we just moved again, but not changing dentist this time! The extra drive is worth it! This place is the BEST!! Like most people the dentist is not one of my favorite places to go - so much so I lived with a tooth that needed a root canal for more than two years until it just got too painful to ignore.
Amanda, my hygienist, put me at ease right away and did not scold me for not coming in sooner. She’s so good, I am now almost looking forward to my cleanings.
Besides the one root canal, it ended up I needed quite a bit of work done to get things back in shape. Dr. Francis and his team worked with me and my anxieties to get everything done quickly and with as little pain as possible.
I have been to many places that claim to work well with anxious patients but this is the first place that actually does.
