Honestly some of the nicest people I have ever meet. I had to change my appointment last minute because of sick kid, and they were accommodating to fit my schedule. Dr. Francis was just great, funny and made me feel comfortable. I haven't seen a dentist in awhile and was really nervous. They are great people and I have recommended them to my family and friends.

I have been going to Grove Health Dental for 5 years now. They are very professional, friendly, and they take good care of my teeth. The Maple Grove locating is also convenient. I strongly recommend Grove Health Dental to anyone looking for new dental care.

My experience was wonderful. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the ambience and the client selected playlist made my time there worthwhile. I’ll be bringing my entire family because they treated me like family.

Grove Health Dental provides phenomenal dental service all around. Amanda, who manages the front desk, is so friendly and professional and makes you feel right at home upon arrival. All of the hygienists are fun, thorough and experts on ensuring your teeth are carefully cleaned. Every member of the staff takes the time to get to know you, and amazingly remembers many of the details of your life when you come back every 6 months. Both Dr. Francis and Dr. Nelson are exceptional and it is truly a pleasure to see them each time.

This is one of the best examples of a customer-centric company that truly cares about each one of its patients. Truly outstanding all around.

What a blessing to have found the Grove Health Dental Clinic! I had my final appointment today, and I am so pleased with what Dr. Francis and his team did for me. I’m truly sad that I won’t be seeing my newfound friends quite as often, though I plan to stop in now and then, just to say, “hello” — and “thank you” again. I cannot imagine another dental clinic being any better.

Fantastic! I was so scared about seeing a new dentist when I moved to the Twin Cities but just two days ago, at my second visit to Grove Health, I had to have a root canal, (yikes, right?) but literally, I almost fell asleep during the procedure, an outstanding job done! Dr. Mazhary and the team that worked with me were so amazing, so professional, so helpful, and literally no pain at all! I can't say enough about how happy I am with their practice except that I hope I never have to move again because these people make me WANT to see the dentist... something I've never experienced before. I’ve been going to Grove Health Dental for about 1 year and am truly impressed with the service. One of the first times, I had horrible tooth pain the night before and called as soon as they opened the next morning. They saw me before noon and I had a root canal that day; such a relief.

I recently had my first crown done early one morning and was a little worried about how I’d feel the rest of the day; usually, I’m in some discomfort after this type of dental work. But this time, I felt good all day, which was fantastic.

Dr. Francis and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended!

I first went in to get a normal teeth cleaning. I didn't have a teeth cleaning in years and need one really bad. One of the ladies is a long time friend so I decided to go there. I am very glad that I did!! I was greeted very quickly by the receptionist. I waited maybe 5 minutes for Jacinta (Sorry for the spelling). One of the problems that I have at my previous dentists were that they seemed to only care about getting you in and out. That would cause them to clean "aggressively" and cause my teeth to hurt. Jacinta didn't rush through anything and made sure that I comfortable.

Dr. Ryan came in and said that I had a couple cracked fillings that needed to be replaced and also a deeper cleaning due to me not being at the dentist for a long time.

I received the quote of fixing of the fillings and the deep cleaning but was confused on how much I was going to have to pay after my insurance paid their part. I called back and talked to the receptionist again and she acknowledged that it is confusing on how it's written. She walked me through it and after the call, I was very pleased on how much time she took to explain it, even with her staying later after they closed.

The day that I had 3 fillings fixed and the deep cleaning taken care of, I waited probably 2 minutes for Ashley to come greet me after I checked in. She explained to me how long it was going to be and what to expect afterwards. It seemed like an hour to take out the broken fillings and put the new ones in. The deep cleaning was about the same amount of time too.

Everyone at Grove Health Dental are exceptional and really communicate well. If you are looking for a new dentist, this should be the first place to check out.

This review has been a long time coming but well deserved. I have to give it to Dr. Francis and Ashley. They did an amazing job though out the process of completing my implant. I was a little nervous because I was unsure if it was going to be painful since I have never had a surgical procedure done before but seriously I didn't feel a thing, not even the anesthetic. They talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. This is an amazing practice and I am so proud to be a part of it!!
