As if traveling from Europe to see family in Minnesota isn't stressful enough during a pandemic, our son started complaining of tooth pain upon arrival. In need of a referral, my inlaws suggested Dr Zaragosa, stating that his professionalism and bedside manner were notable. I would like to say that their comment was spot on. My 8 year old son is a chatterbox when nervous. Having had 2 emergency dental sessions, requiring a molar to be pulled, Dr Zaragosa and his staff were incredibly kind, compassionate and loving.They answered his questions in a respectful and comprehensive manner. They were patient with his pain and were willing to support his curiosity. The prices were very reasonable, and their willingness to offer a referral to a Pedodontist was incredibly professional though unnecessary. As a mother who values quality communication and compassion to both children and adults alike, I couldn't recommend their services enough.

I scheduled appointments for my son and I for a cleaning. I'd actually had a filling fall out that needed replacing. The dentist came in after the cleaning, said a bunch of things I didn't understand and said don't worry it will be noted in the treatment plan you get in two days. My son (12) was referred to a pediatric dentist, but after the cleaning it was noted he had multiple cavities. Two weeks later after not getting the treatment plan I called and asked for it. They said they'd email me the plan. Two weeks later I called again and the same response. A total of six weeks later I got a call about a copay of $40 due and I said when I get my treatment plan you'll get your money. I stopped in and paid, got my overpriced plan to replace the filing that's been bothering me for months by now. Kept getting statements stating I owed them money. Several months later I called to cancel the follow up as the dentist was rude and service worse, the office was closed. I sent an email of my bank statement to prove I'd paid the amount as they couldn't find record of it in the system. I did get a call back five days later to get the appointment canceled. What a waste of time this clinic has been, six months later and still no filing. And to top it all off my son's pediatric dentist said he only had one cavity.
