I went here for a consultation to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had to get a referral to a different oral surgeon, which I never got, but they did tell me I had 5 cavities. I went a month ago to have them filled, I have anxiety about dentists, and while in the chair had a panic attack. Dr. Shamblott was very unprofessional, and seemingly upset with me. He tried to force me to continue with the fillings. I told him no and left. I just saw another dentist who confirmed I only have one cavity, not 5. They mistook stains on my teeth for cavities and were happy to give me a treatment I don’t need, and charge me for it. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s pretty negligent to not check that kind of stuff. To boot, I was told I shouldn’t have my wisdom teeth removed, as it would not heal correctly, whereas I was advised to have all 4 of them removed by Shamblott, where almost the entire procedure would be an out-of-pocket expense for me. I really recommend going somewhere else. It feels like they will over exaggerate what is actually wrong and it feels like they just want money. I’ve never left a review where I actually left a message for anywhere before, but I felt compelled to put this out there.

As someone with very high anxiety and fear of going to the dentist , I could not ask for anything better! After neglecting my oral care for a bit I felt so embarrassed , but Dr Claudia and her wonderful hygienist quickly made me feel very comfortable and did not judge me in anyway. I came back to have 3 cavity’s filled. Once I was on the laughing gas i went from a nervous wreck, to actually enjoy my appointment!
Every employee has been great including the receptionist! I highly recommend Shamblott Family Dentisrty to anyone!!

Everything was explained dry well to me at reception areas and helped when needed. Hygienist was very thorough and explained well and very friendly making me feel comfortable. Doctor very friendly and explained what/why needed to be done without pressing me into doing. As a newer patient very impressed with your dental service!

I have had significant dental phobia for over 25 years and while I overcompensated with consistent and diligent flossing and brushing, I have not had my teeth “cleaned” in about 25 years. Dr. Rebecca and the staff were so comprehensive with their care it was life changing. I went in for an emergency tooth ache and am looking forward to taking better care of my dental health. The staff at Shamblott and Dr. Shamblott, were aware of my issues and treated me with nothing but respect. They did everything in their poser to make me comfortable, and not once made me feel bad about my fears or being to the dentist. They talked me through a plan of action and ensured I understood what was needed. Overall a good experience.

I had gum grafting today with Dr. Shamblott and it couldn’t have gone better. I was very nervous but he put me at ease by keeping me informed throughout the procedure. I also appreciated his attentiveness to ensure my comfort; the numbing was easier than expected and the procedure was painless. I’ll need additional grafting in other areas and wouldn’t have it done with anyone else.

I've been dealing with increased anxiety lately and an appointment for two fillings wasn't my favorite thing to do. Dr. DeLlano and the dental hygienist made the experience calm and welcoming. My hygienist, Justin is the best! He really takes his time and puts you at ease since I have anxiety with being at the dentist. Dr. Claudia is so nice and kind. She doesn't shame her patients for lacking in oral care. She spends the time talking with you about how to make the changes needed. Definitely recommend!

Would recommend Cassie for a dental cleaning any day! I was nervous after having a very painful cleaning in the past and she was very gentle yet thorough. I’m in my 30s and don’t have a lot of issues with my teeth but gum sensitivity can happen sometimes, so if you need someone with the perfect skills book with her!
