We went for an evaluation of completing dental work for my son. We weren't told UNTIL WE WERE THERE that they couldn't do what we needed. Basically, someone there was supposed to call me to discuss this before we went and DIDN'T! They had better think twice about sending me a bill for NOTHING!!! I should bill them for wasting my time. Grrr.

Update 12-15-20: Had an abscess tooth that need immediate extraction. Was at Apple Tree 2-3 days prior. Also said I needed 2 root canals that I did NOT need! One tooth was just a deep cavity the other tooth had NOTHING wrong with it all! Also tried charging me for things covered by my insurance by telling me it was not! DO NOT GO HERE!!
As of today I will NOT be returning to Apple Tree. I called about excruciating tooth pain and the woman on the phone just says "We are booked till December." No advice what to do for the pain or any alternative places to call.

Trying to find the right office that took my daughter's insurance was really tough. The receptionist here was very very nice and full of helpful information. She gave a tremendous first impression over the phone and made me excited for my daughter's first dentist visit!
