What better way to spend a birthday morning than to get a dental cleaning and check up from my favorite, and most cordial dental technicians around, dental office. This is a new location I had not been to previously. I had no issue redirecting the UCARE transportation service to this location. Thankfully Apple Tree Dental contacted me directly and explained the new location in good time so I could successfully change my ride situation. Again Apple Tree Dental proved they are top of the line for dental care in the Twin Cities. Thank you!

Terrible experience more than once but the last time was horrific. I went for a consultation to have my visdom teeth removed. Expressed my concern and need to start an antibiotic before surgery due to complications my mother had with her surgery that may or may not be hereditary. I was told no and the surgeon went on and on about his own health conditions. He wouldn't let me talk or explain myself and just kept talking about himself. He wanted to do a procedure that was going to cost a lot extra, wasn't covered by my insurance, and they don't have any sort of payment plan. I can't even explain how unprofessional this experience was. I don't care about his medical history, I'm here for me! All other communications over the phone about the surgery after were just as bad so I ended up canceling my appointment at the last minute because I wasn't comfortable. I went to a different surgeon and had a wonderful experience. Minnesota Dental Surgery in Bloomington was amazing. I was able to schedule right away, they listened me, gave me what I needed, everyone was so nice and professional. Also no extra procedures or costs! Listen to your gut feelings about things like this. Dental surgeries are a big deal and can change your life if something goes wrong.
