I wanted to share the incredible experience I had at All Family Dental today. Elizabeth was my dental hygienist. She has such personal and professional chairside manners. She makes me feel very welcome from the minute I sit down. She tells me exactly what she will be doing so there are no surprises. At this appointment, she needed to share with me that I brush my teeth too hard. However, rather then accusing me of brushing incorrectly, she walked me through a series of questions that allowed me to determine I could change my brushing technique and preserve my pearly whites even longer. Thanks, Elizabeth, you're a dental ROCK STAR!

Up until recently, I would only have great things to say about All Family Dental. I've seen Dr. Richard Timms my entire life and he was awesome. They have always been kind, respectful, and nice. Although, my last visit regarding my wisdom teeth didn't go well. During my visit, I had asked if these scans would be covered under my insurance, to which I was assured that they would be.
After what was a nice visit, I had received my bill to see that my insurance hadn't covered a dime. We immediately called and spoke with the receptionist who basically told us that nothing could be done and that they weren't liable for anything. With each attempt to reach either Dr. Richard Timms, or the Owner (Dr. Kevin Anderson), the receptionist became more rude and short-tempered with us.
Having never heard back from either Dr. Timms or Dr. Anderson despite leaving numerous messages, We finally decided to just start paying toward it every month per a payment plan. So, after being lied to, disrespected, and ignored, they still had the audacity to send our remaining balance to collections.
Seventeen years of visiting All Family Dental and they didn't even have the courage to speak with me and my family and clearing up what would've been a simple billing mistake. So no, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Dr Anderson, Dr Tim and the staff Shayla, Marlena, Mary, Tara, Melanie, are VERY professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I’ve been coming here for a year now and every time I come in they know me by name - very impressive. That’s the high level of attention to detail they provide. Walking into All Family Dental gives me a friendly feeling of warmth, comfort, and confidence that I am right were I want to be for my dental work. I would recommend All Family Dental to any and all of my friends and family.
I consider myself very fortunate that I found such a solid dental practice with such wonderful people. You will too!

Found this place when we moved to the area and it’s great! I’ve always been hesitant about going to the dentist but now I go every 6 months like I’m supposed to! They’re thorough, knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. Dr. Anderson originally took photos and X-rays of my teeth to monitor any changes and reviewed everything with me after the first appointment. They actually care and always ask if you have any questions or concerns with your teeth. I recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Anderson, from the Oakdale, All Family Dental, is very informative, along with his assistant was also very nice and helpful with all the information of what was being done. Step by step during the process. Dental hygienist I had today had the same kindness and a step-by-step attitude that was so appreciative. All around my experience with the All Family Dental lives up to the name, feels like family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a well rounded Dental experience.
