I’ve been going to Ostrem Dental since Dr. Ostrem bought the practice from another great dentist that was retiring, Dr. Kraft, who I also visited since childhood.
Dr. Ostrem and all of his staff are very friendly, helpful, and most importantly, they are all very knowledgeable in the dental field and experts at their work. I also know that they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your appointments can fit into your schedule, that costs are discussed before any treatment and efforts are made to make sure complex billing and insurance issues are resolved. They truly are a rarity in todays business environment.
I moved several years ago, but the decision was very easy not to switch because I trust Ostrem Dental. Hearing from others about inconveniences they have suffered through with many other dental offices who seem to have difficult front offices, a revolving door of dentists and staff, and unreasonable treatment costs, have only reinforced my thankfulness that I’ve trusted my care to Dr. Ostrem.
