Very professional and do a great job on instructon and answering my questions.

This was my intitial visit to River City Dental and I was very impressed. Angie was very friendly, greeted me right away and addressed my insurance concerns. Jen brought me back and explained what was going to happen on the initial visit. Dr Imdieke was very down to earth and realistic about my dental concerns. He did a very thorough exam, gave me some education on some things I’ve noticed about my mouth before, but never had concerns about or asked about. I thought that was interesting and helpful to understand. X-rays were quick and painless. They also took my blood pressure, which I’ve never had done.. a bit higher than normal, but to be expected maybe! I left my first visit with follow up appointment for a cleaning and a super awesome stainless steel mug! Being someone who has had regular dental visits for the past 25 or so years, I was very happy to see a staff interested in caring for my teeth, gums and mouth, not just interested in the upsell or “creating” issues to bill insurance as I had at the first dentist I tried when I moved to the area 2 yrs ago. Very happy with River City Dental and will be back!

I've been coming here for 12 years. I've always been happy with their care. Everyone's very nice. They do excellent work with my 2 children.

I can’t at how much I appreciate River City Dental… friendly, respectful & so considerate of my apprehension and needs. I won’t lie… I was pretty nervous going in today, but Dr Imdieke did a fantastic job w/only a small discomfort… not even pain. Would I recommend RCD… absolutely!

I have been a dental patient at River City since 1984.
I drive almost 2 hours to come here with this awesome dental office….Such a nice staff… Highly recommended is an understatement….

Went in for basic checkup as a new patient everything went fine other than getting referrals to see a periodontist and implant specialist which got me a $450 bill because they can't share x-rays, zero work done not even a cleaning and it cost me $450. Went back a second time about 12 months later to have a front tooth pulled which was damaged by trauma years before, it was nearly falling out it was so loose. Removed it easily and quick they had my employer insurance info already from previous visit, left after maybe 15 minutes total. Found out my employer insurance was in limbo due to me missing a arbitrary re-enrollment date I was not properly informed of, the fault of my employer and I not River City. But when I called to get a cash amount to pay they wanted $400! $400 for a procedure I later got quoted just for verification by three other dentists all for under $170 cash. One dentist even told me what they did, they charged for a advanced molar removal on a front tooth removal and charged the maximum possible because insurance was covering it so who cares right? Possible fraud? And when we found out my insurance temporarily lapsed they demanded cash in full with no cash discount even though they said they offer cash discounts. I refused to pay at first but agreed to make payments but that wasn't good enough for them, they demanded full payment. I refused. Now just a few months later during the COVID-19 craze they are taking me to court, or threatening to. They still refuse to set up payments or to offer a cash discount, even though by now it probably would of been paid off even after losing work hours due to COVID-19. Super nice in person, I'm sure all the assistants are great people, but the dentist I had and their financial personnel are apparently greedy uncaring people only willing to work with a "certain" class of people. If you have insurance or a wad of cash just to hand over I'm sure they'll love ya! I've never had good luck with dentists since losing my original one as a child and young adult. A different generation with different priorities I guess.

I can't believe how rude they were to me when I called to ask a basic question. Did they take my insurance, the receptionist told me the clinic had no interest in seeing me. Who dose she think she is? and promptly hung up on me.
I called back and let them know the way she treated me was unacceptable! Wouldn't take my German Shepherd to get a cleaning there.

I was looking for a new dentist office and tried River City Dental. Friendly and welcoming staff! Dentist was also very friendly and approachable, but also extremely knowledgeable and informative without being too pushy! Will be back!
