It is a shock for me to have a sudden break of a tooth so I didn't know what to expect after that happened. I didn't feel much assurance that I could get into see the doctor when I called unless there was a cancellation. For someone who fears spending a night in pain, I got worried. Because I had no pain I was able to get in the next day. It felt too much like my call was routine. I needed more assurance that if I was in pain I would get in that day. Terese

Called to ask about insurance accepted, and understandably they had already met their monthly quota for having medical assistance as a back up insurance. However, I believe Sarah, who I spoke with, communicated this to me in the most unprofessional way. Her tone of voice sounded like she would rather be doing anything besides answering my questions.
