Associated Dentists

I have been going to this office for about 20+ years. It has been a very pleasant experience. Dr Heller is a real pro and makes dental work be very comfortable. Nanette, my hygienist is always upbeat and helpful. Recently I had my first crown which was well explained in advance and performed beautifully by Dr. Heller and assistant Hayley. I shall return gladly!

I was a Dental Assistant for 18 years and am very picky about who I see as a Dentist and Hygienist. Dr Heller rocks and Jill is the best hygienist I've ever seen!! They both make you feel comfortable and you can trust both of them! ♥️♥️♥️

I have been a patient of Associated Dentists for over 50 years going from Dr. Siqveland through Dr. Philippi and now Dr. Heller. All three doctors possessed an excellent knowledge of dentistry and skill in their workmanship. They have displayed great patient care and understanding. I have always felt welcome by the receptionist’s upon my entrance to the building to my greetings by either the hygienist for teeth cleaning or dental assistant’s for dental repair. All the staff I have come in contact with over the years have been friendly, very courteous and competent in explaining what is being done and making sure my visits have been pleasant. This includes the staff in both scheduling and billing areas. I cannot speak highly enough about the dental care I have received over the years and friendships I have made with staff and dentists. Dr. Butkus is the best dentist!! He is passionate about his work and is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. I know my teeth are in great care with him!
His assistant Andria is funny and amazing at keeping you comfy and happy while getting dental work done.

We have been using Associated Dentists for many years and have always been well pleased with the service and friendly professionalism of their staff. My only wish is that they were in my insurance network.

I’ve been going here since I was four. And currently in my 40’s. I feel so comfortable with them. I drive 45 minutes still to be seen at the St. Paul location. At this point it feels wrong to go anywhere else. 🙂

Wonderful service across the board from when you check in to when you check out every staff member above and beyond. Was very impressed. Dr Butkus and Ruby made me excited to come back for cleaning…crazy! And Ryan and Kate were a dream at check in!

When the other dentist couldn't cut it whatsoever & Dr. Butkus saved my tooth. Take a look at these pictures & you'll see what I mean (don't get too grossed out where you can see red). All the photos are labeled for which part of the process/ sequence they convey. A previous Wayzata dentist with decent reviews kept failing in having a crown work properly (it would just fall out) & charged allot of money anyway, meanwhile the tooth was more endangered of rotting to the nerve & that leaves me far worse off and not much else is more scary than tooth failures & pain. Dr. Butkus has become an adhesive specialist & taken further courses in this speciality and so this helpless tooth became a hope realized just in time. Wow. Lucky me! If you have a challenging tooth & you have a chance to see Dr. Butkus, lucky you!

Well, in the past three years I've had four crowns so it also pays to realize how to have fewer cavities - and I learned something valuable and I will share it here & check back in a few years & let you all know, if you're curious, if the results are reflecting my efforts & intent. While I eat a great diet low in sugars and low in carbs I was still getting too much tooth decay! What is the likely culprit? Cream, milk, half & half in my daily warm cozy beverage (no sugar & no artificial sweetener, but yes on the dairy). I'd sip on this for hours, most days. Well, my mouth saliva ph was measuring at 6.0 & it can dip to 5.5 ph & that is too acidic & that lower & frequent ph contributes to cavities. The saliva breaking down the sugars in the dairy makes a more acidic mouth! No more dairy in my sipping hot (non-caffeinated non-coffee) beverage! I'm working on raising my mouth ph to 7. Dr. Butkus & his assistant Andrea both recommended I try "Elementa" (can be bought directly on their website & on Amazon; it's a nano silver mouthwash that has had good results for troubled patients.

Well, blessings on your teeth wherever you go & Associated Dentists sure houses one of the best. Dental work needs the hand of an artist & Dr. Butkus is one.

I've been going to Associated Dentists for 25 years! The dentists are absolutely wonderful! The space is clean and all staff are kind. I've always felt that they are aware of my dental plan and never recommend unnecessary treatments. I feel that Dr Heller listens to me and clearly explains what care is needed and why. I love them.
