Absolutely the best dental experience that I have ever had!! It far exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. Dr Crews is amazing!! She and her staff were so patient and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and kept me informed every step of the procedure. I am extremely pleased with the services and dental care that I received.

Excellent dental office. The hygienist is the best that has ever cleaned and x-rayed my teeth. I have had 3 of the dentists attend to me and all were very efficient and well versed in their craft. Overall what some may consider an anxious experience may become just a routine visit with these professionals.

Absolutely the best experience ever! The staff is friendly, extremely good at what they do, and will give me back my smile without the dentures I thought I would need. Five stars is not enough!!! Never thought I would be excited about my next visit to a dentist!!!

This office is so friendly and goes far beyond the normal ho hum competition. The office is comfortable and the front office staff are very knowledgeable re: insurance the hygienist takes the time to do things right, not rushing through. But most of all the dentist really examines you thoroughly and sets up a care plan so there are no surprises. I'm so glad I found them!

The staff was so kind and helpful, very informative on the procedure and treatment plan I would be needing. Answers all of my questions without making feel stupid for asking them. Having severe dental anxiety, this was nice change compared to other dentists I've been to in the past. If you haven't visited this office yet, do it!

Excellent, professional care. The staff is a genuinely caring group. I highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Crews! I always look forward to seeing "Dee" for cleaning, too!

Can’t say I can give a good review considering they said that I would need to prepay for my appointment (not sure how that works with insurance but if I could afford to pay for it I wouldn’t need insurance or to go to that specific place) because the first time I made an appointment, THEY changed the time of the appointment. The day of the appointment I was up and getting ready to go in a couple hours ahead and they call me and ask why I’m not there- at a time they DID NOT GIVE ME- the lady said 1 pm. Not 10:30. My original appointment was for some time after 1pm I know because I had to make other arrangements for my kids to get home from school. I would NOT have to do that if my appointment was for 10:30… anyway so a little time passes for my rescheduled appointment to come along. My daughter needs unexpected surgery and the surgery center does not tell you when you have to be there until the day before. I did not know my appointment with the dentist would be the same time as her surgery. Of course when my child is being put under for surgery I’m a nervous wreck and not thinking of anything except her health in those moments.
So I missed ONE appointment and idk if there was a miscommunication upon the time of the first appointment but considering they called ME to change that time slot I don’t feel like the appt desk should have used the words “you missed your appointment SEVERAL times” um no I missed it once and they called me AT the time of the appointment they claim was that first time, I didn’t MISS it, they rescheduled me for the second date I was given. And again shouldn’t be my fault solely for that. Once the appointment was changed BY THEM- I never got any sort of reminder for the “new time” anyway to confirm the new time. Anyhow- expecting a patient to PREPAY for a dentist appointment is ridiculous. I find it hard to believe that you all were doing so much before the appointment the first time or even the second time - when BOTH times you told me that the hygienist was not even going to be there either day.
Maybe it is a good place maybe it’s not but I will go elsewhere where the dentists and nurses are more understand and willing to reach out to make sure that when THEY change a appointment time the patient is given a reminder the day before. The only reminders I got was for the first appointment and that was BEFORE THEY CHANGED THE TIME.

Dr. Why was very pleasant, as this was my first time using her. Dr. Why and her assistant had a personality and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed to return in the furrier.

A wonderful experience with the staff at Beach View Family Dental all the way from the reception desk to the dentist! The hygienist, Jocelin, was courteous, upbeat, and did an extremely thorough cleaning on my teeth. During my examination, Dr Lowery responded directly and with clear authority in the area of cosmetic dentistry I was interested in. I left the office with a defined treatment plan and an appointment to move forward with my elective dental care. Highly recommend!
