I had my dental appointment with Dr. Deidre Snell today. It was great. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Snell was very professional and she answer all of my questions. She made me feel special, she was very patient with me and was not in a hurry. If you want a good experience with a Dentist, I highly recommend you to go to Ridgewood Dentistry and see Dr. Deidre Snell.. I could only rate her with 5 stars but if 10 stars were available I would have given that. Best experience ever.!!

UPDATE:
After my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Snell personally called me herself later that evening to apologize for the type of service I'd received and rescheduled my appointment. She said that she'd use that experience as a training opportunity for her staff. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, the experience was quite different...in a positive. The wait time was only 15 minutes and she even gave me a Domino's Pizza gift card. I really appreciated that she and her staff remembered my experience the first time and made the effort to correct it. I will certainly return to her and refer my family and friends.
ORIGINAL: Based on the other reviews, it appears that most people have had a pleasant experience here. Today is my first visit. The sitting area is very welcoming and smells great. I've had the chance to view every square foot of it because I've been waiting here for more than an hour, with no explanation. I've watched as other people, with appointments scheduled after mine, be called to the back after a 10-15 minute wait. Communication is key and I'm EXTREMELY frustrated right now. I hope no other new patient has this experience.

I had my first visit here yesterday and I am so impressed! Everyone was extremely nice, professional, and informative. Khadija (sorry if I misspelled her name), the receptionist (unfortunately did not catch her name), Amber (who actually only passed through my room but made sure to introduce herself and explain what she was doing), Christy, and Dr. Snell were some of the staff I was in contact with and they made me feel like I mattered in their clinic. I am so glad to have found this office and plan to be a long term patient!
