All of the staff were very friendly. Relissa, who worked in reception that day was very nice and professional the entire time. She helped me understand my bill and even asked if I wanted a blanket when I was in the dentist chair. I will definitely be going back Ridgewood Smiles.

I really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The office was very professional and well put together. Dr. Snell even had a complete outline of upcoming services and treatments that I needed right after the first visit. It didn't make me feel like just a patient or dollar amount . Set an appointment twice still haven’t got my teeth cleaned. First appointment, they stated that the lady had to leave early. Had to set an appointment Weeks later. Today was my second appointment at 12. I left on my lunch break for my appointment. I waited until 12:40 and asked how long will it be. They stated that they were behind. I ask why didn’t they communicate that instead of having me waiting. Now I have to make another appointment somewhere else. They are so inconsiderate of others.
