To whom ever is in search of a great experience while at the Dentist office, I am encouraging you to visit Ridgewood Smiles Dentistry with Dr. Deidra Snell. My first visit to this office was great, I felt comfortable and the space was inviting. I am usually a person whose anxiety is elevated when it comes to having any dental work done, So when I am looking for service at a Dentist office, I’m looking for a place of quality, with good vibes and good people. I was very impressed with the customer service as soon as I walked through the door. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Relissa and it was another young lady in the office that gave me some paperwork to fill out, I didn’t remember her name, sorry about that, but I do remember she was nice and polite. My visit consisted of a dental exam and cleaning. Thanks to Christina for doing a great job with cleaning my teeth and thanks to Kadeja for assisting through out the whole process. These two young ladies made my experience relaxing and comfortable and when Dr. Snell came into the room for the exam, she was very pleasant and polite and I was very impressed with her professionalism. All the things that where done towards me during my visit, decreased any anxiety I may have been feeling prior to my visit. I am highly recommending Ridgewood Smiles to anyone in need of a great dental experience. I hope this message helps in making your decision to give this Dentistry a try. I am very sure that I will be returning for any dental work that is needed in the future.

Dr. Snell is the best dentist ever. Her staff is awesome. They are always friendly and very professional. I highly recommend ridgewood smiles dentistry to everyone. I dont like needles but she talks you through the process you don't even realize its going in . I got two teeth pulled the same day the next day i felt no pain. I absolutely love getting my dental work done here.

I always dread dental appointments but after reading all the reviews I decided to take a chance and visit this office for myself and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. Dr. Snell has put together an awesome team of ladies who are very courteous and highly professional. They even made sure I understood my next steps in my treatment plan to correct the issues I’m experiencing. I was so pleased with my experience that I went ahead and registered my two daughters to start coming here. Staff was friendly, informative, professional and full of southern hospitality. I've been to dentists for 55 years and never had the Vaseline and eyeglasses treatment before. Loved it. If you don't know what that is...you gotta visit. LOL!
