Took over a hour after deaden his mouth before Dr. Collier came back in to do procedure on my son whom was sleep by then. Rushed him up in the seat and I had to wake him, she started to work on his tooth and he immediately started hollering which means he still feels everything your doing. She ignored it and I expressed my concern, she told me he doesn't feel it. You're not the patient so how do you know. Basically was a smart___ when I voiced my opinion and I don't ever want her touching my child again!!!

HIPPA Violators and beyond unprofessional! A Patient was seen on 11/18/20 and was humiliated and belittled by staff. Personal health information and cash payment was discussed, laughed at, and joked about at the front desk among staff. This happened in front of the patient and others in the waiting room. Been calling to speak to the office manager for 2 days now! Do not go here! No one should ever be violated like this and especially not in a healthcare facility with “trained” medical professionals like this patient was. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Horrible customer service. I made an appointment with a specific doctor the previous week. Received an appointment reminder call to confirm , and on today there’s no recollection. The girl at the counter was rude , immediately said she wasn’t the one who made it so she doesn’t know. Didn’t even try to accommodate. Taking my business and insurance elsewhere
