This was both my babies 1st time here. Son 8 and daughter 3, and so far their experience was a pleasant one. They made both my babies feel comfortable/at ease. 😁

I had an extremely traumatic experience here. I came in for a routine cleaning and was told I need to have my wisdom teeth removed asap. At my next appointment the dentist only pulled ONE tooth out. Told me I needed a crown on my other tooth BEFORE they would remove the other wisdom tooth… okay, I come in for a crown and they put a silver cap on my tooth, then told me I need another crown before they would pull the wisdom tooth…. Okay, I come in for the 3rd appointment and they put another silver cap in my mouth and finally pull my wisdom tooth out. A few days later I begin to experience the worst tooth ache of my life. I fainted from the pain and had to go to the Er. I come back for the 6th time and told them I was in pain. They looked inside my mouth and didn’t see anything so they sent me on my way.

The pain came back. This was a pain so unbearable I would stand or walk straight. I had a slur and a lisp and a crossbite from the
Crown caps put on my back teeth.

I come back for the 7th time. In tears from the pain. The receptionist looks at me and say “you again??”. This time the dentist drills down my normal and healthy teeth to try and fix the uneven bite (that tooth later fractured). This didn’t work.

After a trip to urgent care from the most unimaginable pain ever, pain that caused my eyes to rings and for me to see stars, I returned for a 8th time (within 2 months from first visit). I beg them to help me because I can’t handle the pain. They looked inside my mouth and tell me everything is normal.

Finally, I go to a different dentist, they do an x ray and find my pain is coming from a severely infected tooth (the tooth they put a crown on) and I need a root canal. My new dentist also tells me it was ridiculous for this place to put silver temporary crowns on my back teeth as an adult as a permanent solution. The crowns did not fit bc they didn’t even bother to try and fit them to my mouth. Thankfully they were promptly replaced as well. This put an end to the pain, lisp, crossbite and slurring. I could finally chew food again.

With all that said this was the most horrible, painful, dreadful, unimaginable experience of my life. I hope no one ever has to go through this. That is why I am leaving this review.

Beware.

Dr. Brown and Chadia was excellent and showed professionalism and patience with my daughter when she went in for a crowning.
Dr. Collier and Pam also was excellent and showed professionalism and patience with my nephew when he went in for an extraction.
The whole Kool Smiles staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have a long wait after check in and the kids loved the play room. We will definitely be back

I have been bringing my children here since their very first dental appointments begin. They've always been excited to come actually. I'm very pleased at each visit, the staff is always very welcoming and friendly and service and care is provided in a timely manner. Our visit today was good, the dental assistant Ms. Jennifer worked with my son really good, where he was not afraid to have his procedure done. Both she and Dr. Collier worked well together in getting the job done. We look forward to our next visit! Thanks kool smiles for helping to keep my kids with the kooleset smiles!😁😁😁😁

I have two children that are both Kool Smiles Kids! My five year old had to have some dental work done and every time we went the staff was happy and greeted us with a smile. The wait wasn't very bad at all, easy to register and sign in, as well as make appointments. The work didn't take long either, surprisingly, we were in and out within two hours total. What really wowed me was that they catered to my one year old by giving him a balloon and toy too, even though he didn't have an appointment that day. The staff is so good about caring for the patients as well as making the family happy! Great job Kool Smiles!

My children and I have always had a great experience here!!! They always answer any questions I have and calm any fears!!! Customer service is always a big thing for me and they have not disappointed. I even had my wisdom tooth pulled and I have no complaints. My children and I absolutely love Dr. Brown. She has always greeted us with a smile, kind words, and created a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere!!! Ms. Sheriff is very sweet and very helpful as well. As long as they continue to provide their best service to us, we'll continue to support!!!

Charity and Dr. Brown were very polite, , and curteous my daughter had a tooth pulled and it only took 10 minutes. There were no long waits and I was educated by them on every procedure and step that was taken today. Kook Smiles is the place to go for all your dental needs.
