I brought my mom here for her appointment for the first time and they were very nice. The receptionist was very friendly and cheerful which is always great to be greeted with a smile. They really took their time with going over all the options for my mother to choose from. My mother is glad she chose this dentist office 5 stars from me.

Came in wanting help with an abscess tooth pain, swelling in my face and under my eyes, and severe throbbing. Nobody was in the front office, and when I yelled for someone, one of the dentists I presume ended up coming out being rude to me saying “everyone is on lunch and I will be with you in a moment” flailing her finger up and down, to which she never came out to assist me. Still in pain I sit down on the small couch they have in the corner and held my face for what seemed like 20-30 min waiting. Very rude and unprofessional. Claims they allow walk ins, and allow assistance for that the same day. The lady that assisted me said they were booked all day. Why make me wait in pain when you were going to end up telling me you couldn’t help me till the next day regardless? Waist of time. Now she has me still waiting to see if she can “move stuff around”. To maybe fit me in. I just need medication to reduce the swelling or for actual help inside my mouth. Will never come back here. Not even under an emergency.

Extremely disappointed in my outcome. I can't recommend this establishment. Watch what you sign and read the fine print. I paid to learn this lesson.

I started this process in February, one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I left their office not owing a dime, I had insurance and borrowed the last $1800. Now for the past 3 months I've received a bill for over $4000. I've called several times, emailed, and spoke with them in person. I even have my original paperwork showing I owe them nothing. They keep blaming my Insurance company. If this goes to collections and ends up on my credit report I'm going to take them to court. I've already spoken to my attorney. Get your dentures somewhere else, they are not worth the hassle or the BS.

All the employees are super friendly! Nikita, the hygienist was wonderful and very informative and knowledgeable about oral health.

Horrible experience all the way around. Tooth extraction, deep cleaning procedure. I have had both of these same exact procedures done elsewhere and did not have near the pain I experienced from the aftermath of this place.. and they made me feel like I was a problem, specifically the hygienist. No lady, you were. My gums were chopped up and sore for 3 weeks. I have actually had this done elsewhere, and was zero problems for that hygienist, so much so, she asked the office to put me on her schedule, and not the others, since I tolerated so well.
Billing and account information is horrible, and unorganized. I have 2 completely different accounts, in which we all knew on day 1. They were supposed to have it fixed and merge the accounts together months ago! It's been almost about 6 months, 5 visits and 10 phone calls later, and they STILL have not merge my account, making it appear I OWE money. 1st off, they wouldn't even see anyone past the entry desk unless the bill is paid in full, I know because I asked about having something done and they specifically said it had to be paid upfront- even though my insurance covered the bulk of it. So now, guess what I am getting in the mail. Collection Agency bills saying I owe money when everything is paid in full and the staff there decided to make matters worse by posting some payments to one account and some payments to the other account. I Specifically asked them about why they did that, on the same day that I paid, why they posted to that account, when that was not the one the bill was on, they said " Oh don't worry, it doesn't matter" - The hell it don't, For a person trying to rebuild their credit, it does matter, especially now that their negligence is costing fraudulent information being reported to the credit agency and its now it collections. Wonder if I should get a lawyer for this.

I can't even believe this place. I brought my mentally disabled brother here who I recently put into assisted living. After a long search for a place that took Medicaid I finally decided to come here due to the 20% discount for new customers knowing that I would probably have to pay out of pocket. They took my brother back there and after two hours, my brother motioned for me to come to the back. They proceeded to tell me of $12,000 of dental work that he needed. I asked what does he absolutely need to have done now. They told me and although it seemed expensive, I agreed to pay it with the understanding that it would be done in two more visits. My brother went for one visit. However, when the next visit came around he went to a completely different doctor who didn't do anything. In fact, they cancelled. After three attempts to call them, I finally got through, to find out that it was a temp doctor and they agreed to see him the next morning. I agreed but they still did not finish the work they agreed to do. Now, I don't know if they will ever finish the work that I paid for. In fact, they told my brother that the next step was a root canal. That is not what I agreed to. I don't why they can't just follow the plan we originally agreed to. If they had conducted themselves professionally, at some point in the future I may have come back to continue with more services; but now I don't trust them.

Typical Veterans Affairs referral sent me here since I have Delta Dental Insurance through them. A dentist that I will leave unnamed but who is fortunately leaving their practice at the end of the month left me in terrible pain. I sat in the chair for over fifty minutes waiting for the doc to come into the room to look at the work he had done a week prior. The doc proceeded to show before and after Xrays of the work done and was attempting to give me a good explanation for the pain. The doc just should have apologized for drilling too deep and close to the nerve but instead danced around the explanation. They sent me on my way with a referral to get a root canal done and the earliest I can be seen is in a week, nothing like loading you up with pain pills and scooting you out the door to get you feeling like you are not valued. The sad thing is they are going to expect me to pay out of my pocket to fix the problem they created which is just wrong in all accounts. Not only have I financed my work at ASPEN, I am locked in for additional work to be done after this fix is made.
