Aspen Dental staff you guys ROCK!!!!! You'll made me feel so comfortable and you addressed all my needs and concerns. It's such a family feeling atmosphere. I have NEVER experienced a Dental office that someone can literally be excited to go to. I love you guys!

I personally would NOT EVER recommend you to anyone. The particular dentist who saw me told me that he didn't care about the pain I was in and that I need to do something about my health first before he could relieve it. Now given, I had waited a month for my appointment and he sent me to get antibiotics and pain medication before I could see him in 39 days, that's ludicrous! I'm still in serious pain!

Each one was friendly, the X-rays were horrible. The girl doing my X-rays was new so I was very patient with her but after a certain amount of missteps, someone should have stepped in. She was pressing the pice down in my gums and roof of my mouth, I felt that I had skint places in the top and bottom of my mouth. And she had to do them over and over. The dental hygienist was very professional and seemed to be knowledgeable but I’ve been going to a dentist and having my teeth cleaned for years and they have never said anything about me having gingivitis or gum disease. Not saying it not possible , I sure don’t have a perfect mouth, but I just Come in for a cleaning that my insurance would cover twice a year and between the dentist and hygienist I left with nothing but an estimated of several thousands of dollars of work that needed to be done.

We had a very good experience with Aspen Dental. Everyone was courteous, very short waiting time, financial assistant was patient and explained everything fully. We’re looking forward to getting the procedures over and with their help, confident everything will be good. Thanks. UPDATE BELOW!! 12/11/18
Now that they have a contract on the money and work has begun, it’s not as nice as I first posted. Sign says Walk-in’s Welcome ~~ But as a patient, my son couldn’t see anyone when having trouble without an appointment ~ a few days away. His so-called temporary dentures are a joke! The top plate is so weird that I cannot even describe it. The bottom partial doesn’t connect to the remaining teeth. Now pieces of bone are all over his mouth and without dentures to wear, he still can’t eat. Had surgery almost exactly 2 months ago!! He’s went back several times to no avail. They keep saying it takes time to get use to dentures. And that’s true. BUT ~ They have to fit first. Duh. I would definitely advise anyone to check around. At least here, Tupelo, Mississippi. The promises made in the beginning just doesn’t hold up after you sign that contract!!!

I went to Aspen Dental in Tupelo Mississippi for the first time because of a toothache. I was a little apprehensive going to a new dentist after an unpleasant experience I recently had at a local dentist office. When I walked in I was greeted right away by an upbeat and friendly staff. The lobby was clean and organized. Shortly after my scheduled appointment time Donna came out to the lobby and took me to get x-rays. I told her how bad my mouth was hurting and she took extra care to make sure the x-ray process was as comfortable as it could be. After x-rays I was seated in a different lobby and waited for the dentist. Within five minutes Donna took me to the exam room. Dr. Collins came in, introduced himself, and talked with me for a bit. After the exam he took the time to explain what was causing my pain and explained some options for me to choose from. Not being very familiar with dental procedures I asked a lot of questions. Dr. Collins fielded each of my questions and carefully outlined a path from stopping the pain to laying out an individualized treatment plan to beginning a reoccurring maintenance schedule. Like most people, I do not like going to the dentist AT ALL, but I'm so glad that I went to Aspen Dental and gave them a try. Donna and Dr. Collins made this the best experience I've ever had at a dentist, and possibly at any doctor's office I've ever been to! If you are needing a dentist or just want to schedule a cleaning you'll be impressed with the staff, the service, and the facility at Aspen Dental in Tupelo.

Not very organized, they rescheduled my first appointment then the day before the rescheduled appointment they called to reschedule that one. It turned out they had not even looked into what I was coming in for. They left the appointment set as it was. I arrived 15 minutes early and 1 hour after my appointment I still sat in the waiting area. They could not tell me how long it would be before I would be seen. This is just not the professional service they claim to have.

The staff are either very kind or rude and short with patients. This particular Medical Office caters to Ethnic patients before attending to any non ethnic patients. Even if they're a walk in and you had an appointment.

Do not go here! They tell you it will be free, then they try to up-sell you with lots of expensive and unnecessary dental work. They will charge you for things you don’t need, like $70 for toothpaste ‘samples’ and a $135 toothbrush you don’t need or know you are paying for. They also tend to lie about how much insurance will cover, slapping you with a HUGE ($500) bill for your “free” visit. Aspen is a big corporation that has been implicated for demanding “quotas” of its offices. PBS.org did a spot on these issues and this company. Learn from my mistake!

Don't be afraid. Leave your nerves at the door. Relax and let this fantastic team take care of you. Upbeat, informative, gentle, patient--from paperwork to the chair--you're in professional, expert hands.

You might glimpse another patient in the busy office, but with impeccable choreography, the open procedure bays and exam rooms provide comfort and privacy.

When a staff member is with you, there are no distractions. Your time is valuable. Don't think for a minute it's a cattle call and you're moved through the maze. They will know you when you leave. AND when you come back for a follow up.

Highly recommended. Oh, they have evening appointments AND some Saturdays, too. What? Dental work on my schedule? FABULOUS!
